ARRAIGNMENTS

HILLARD, Kile J., 20, 87 Spruce St., Middleboro; from an arrest over the weekend, Hillard was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot, from a domestic dispute on July 4 at the Spruce St. address. Bail was set at $5,000 cash for Hillard’s appearance on August 19. In court this morning, prosecutors asked that a $10,000 cash bail Hillard was currently out on be revoked in light of the new charges. The $10,000 cash bail was posted in March in Bristol Superior Court where Hillard faces charges of drug trafficking and possession of a firearm.

LAGASSE, Albe A., 43, 10 Spinnaker Lane, Pocasset; from an arrest on July 4, Lagasse faces charges of two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a motorcycle helmet), 1 count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14. Lagasse was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing on July 8.

KRISTMAS, Mary L., 48, 10 Perry Ave., E. Wareham; from an arrest on July 2, Kristmas was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI. Kristmas was released on her own recognizance for her appearance on August 19 for pretrial conference.

DANIEL, Nathan A., 27, 18 Union St., Acushnet; from an arrest by State Police on July 4, Daniel was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and wrong way on a state highway. According to the State Police, Daniel was traveling south in the north bound side of Rt. 140, allegedly while intoxicated. Daniel was released on his own recognizance to appear for a pretrial conference on August 19.

TODMAN, Tyson J., 22, 469 Summer St., New Bedford; from an arrest on July 3, Todman was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, failure to stop for police and possession of Class B drug. Todman was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 22 for pretrial conference.

LEE, Kimberly J., 43, 187 Matfield St., W. Bridgewater;  from an arrest on July 1, Lee was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license. According to the police report, on July 1 at 2:40 am Plymouth police were dispatched to River St. on a report of a possible motor vehicle accident. At the scene, Lee’s vehicle was found off the road in the woods. After a discussion with Lee, police determined that Lee was intoxicated, and had been operating the motor vehicle. Pretrial conference was set for August 18.

COBBS, Jeannette M., 35, 14 Barrows St., Middleboro; from a complaint issued June 10, Cobbs was arraigned on one charge of shoplifting by asportation, 3rd offense, in connection with the theft of merchandise from Benny’s. Pretrial conference was set for August 23.

DISPOSITIONS

WALCOTT, Christopher, 21, 3026 Cranberry Highway, Apt 124, Wareham; from an arrest on March 12, Walcott was sentenced to 90 days house of correction, deemed served, after a guilty plea on a charge of assault and battery, domestic. Walcott was also placed on probation until July 1, 2013 on a charge of distribution of Class B drug. Walcott had been held on $3,000 cash bail since his arrest on March 12.

ARRAIGNMENTS

HICKEY, Timothy E., 21, 28 Daniel Shay’s Highway, Orange; from a complaint issued June 15, Hickey was arraigned on two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon from an altercation at the British Beer Company. According to the police report, Hickey allegedly took a swing at an employee of the restaurant when Hickey was shut off and asked to leave the establishment. The fight escalated when Hickey allegedly pulled a knife and lunged twice at two employees of the restaurant, missing both times. Hickey was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 23 for pretrial conference.

GERAMI, Tammy D., 44, and Jonathan GRIZZARD, 25 (Gerami’s son), 22 Marsh Pond Rd., Sagamore; from a complaint issued June 30, arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation in connection with an attempted theft of a Samsung 46” LED TV valued at $1,168 from Walmart. According to the police report, the pair allegedly attempted to wheel the TV out of the store in a shopping cart without paying for it. Pretrial conference was scheduled for August 17.

MCKEOWN, Zachary, 20, 27 N. Main St., Carver; from a complaint issued June 30, McKeown was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting by asportation and two counts of larceny under $250 in connection with allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart and returning the same merchandise for gift cards. McKeown was released on his own recognizance to appear on July 19 for pretrial conference.

SALAMONE, Joseph P.41, 37 South St., Plymouth; from an arrest on June 30, Salamone was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to distribute Class D drug, possession of Class D drug, distribution of Class D drug, and school zone violation.  According to the police report, Plymouth police received a call from a concerned citizen in regards to marijuana plants growing amongst vegetables in the yard behind 37 South St. Police discovered 12 pot plants, which they estimate would yield 6 pounds valued at over $18,000. Police allege Salamone cultivated the plants. Pretrial conference was set for August 16.

BYRD, Matthew P., 45, 99 Settlers Rd., Plymouth; from a complaint issued June 6, Byrd was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building, threatening to commit a crime and breaking and entering in a building, daytime, for felony, in connection with a domestic incident. Byrd was held without bail pending a hearing on July 11.

BLAIR, Laura A., 21, 15 Lincoln St., Wakefield; from a complaint issued May 10, Blair was arraigned on charges of possession of Class A substance (suboxone) and three counts of possession of Class E substance (trazadone, seroquel, and gabapentin). Blair was released on her own recognizance to appear on August 19 for pretrial conference.

STAMPER, Brett E., 26, 48 Pine Point Rd., Duxbury; from a complaint issued May 24, Stamper was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering in a building, daytime for felony and larceny from a building in connection with the alleged theft and use of bank checks totaling over $7,000. The case was continued for pretrial conference.

LILJEHOLM, Katelyn E., 24, 551 Indian Head St., Hanson; from an arrest by Hanson police on June 30, Liljeholm was arraigned on a charge of OUI. She was released on her own recognizance to appear on August 19 for pretrial conference.

ALEXANDER, Elizabeth A., 53, 7 Seven Hills Rd., Plymouth; from an arrest on June 26, Alexander was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering at night for felony in connection with a breaking and entering  into a motor vehicle at Walmart. According to the police report Alexander allegedly stole various items including a GPS, phone charger, IPOD charger, CDs and groceries valued at more than $1,000 from the vehicle. Alexander was released on her own recognizance to appear on August 20 for pretrial conference.

CALLAHAN, Benjamin C., 19, 1151 Long Pond Rd., Plymouth; Callahan was held on $2,500 cash bail on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, assault, resisting arrest and malicious destruction of property over $250 in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Long Pond Road address. Pretrial conference was set for July 26.

CLARKE, Jahni K., 30, 92 Brentwood Lane, Yarmouthport; from a complaint issued January 25, Clarke was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme for the alleged theft of approximately $25,000 from the Waterfront Bar and Grill where Clarke was employed as an assistant manager. Clarke was released on his own recognizance to appear for pretrial conference on August 19.

DISPOSITIONS

PARSONS, Jason P., 32, 16 Brookings Dr., Kingston; from a complaint issued September 7, 2010, Parsons entered guilty pleas on charges of possession of Class B drug, possession of Class C drug, and possession of Class C drug with intent to distribute. Parsons was sentenced to 6 months house of correction, suspended to June 29, 2012, with probation.

GRIFFIN, Samantha M., 19, 8 Royal Dane Dr., Marshfield; from a complaint issued February 11, charges of OUI drugs, marked lane violation and failure to wear a seatbelt were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. The charges stemmed from a motor vehicle accident on September 30 in Kingston.

MASON, Jacquelynn E., 23, 56 Bow St., Carver; from a complaint issued January 4, Mason admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme in connection with stolen bank deposits from Tedeschis Food Shop at South Meadow Rd. where Mason had been employed. Mason was ordered to pay restitution, no less than $5,556, no more than $7,876, to be determined by probation.

BODELL, Ann M., 50, 11 Parker Rd., Pembroke; from an arrest on June 14, Bodell admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of OUI and leaving the scene after property damage. The charges were continued without a finding with probation to June 29, 2012, 45 day loss of license, $65 per month probation fee, 24D alcohol program and $600 in fees and assessments.

ANDERSON, Aaron, 20, 97 Wapping Rd., Kingston; from a complaint issued February 23, Anderson was sentenced to 18 months house of correction, suspended with probation to December 26, 2012 after pleading guilty to the charge of larceny over $250 by false pretense involving the theft of $2,500 from an individual.

BRADSHAW, Kevin T., 38, 39 Olympia Rd., Marshfield; from an arrest on January 1, Bradshaw plead guilty to a charge of OUI 2nd offense. Bradshaw was ordered to pay over $1,300 in fees and assessments, participate in an alcohol program and forfeit his driver’s license for 45 days.

VIEIRA, Jake, 24, 27 L. Algonquin Terr., Plymouth; Vieira entered guilty pleas on charges on charges of larceny under $250 and breaking and entering, day, for felony in connection with a break into a motor vehicle at 242 Summer St. Vieira was sentenced to 6 months house of correction, credit to 105 days served.

SHERMAN, Matthew C., 33, 17 Woodbury St., Onset; from an arrest on October 20, 2010, Sherman was found guilty after a trial on a charge of OUI 2nd offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Sherman was sentenced to 90 days house of correction, suspended with probation to June 27, 2013 and 2 year loss of license.
