ALGER, John S, 50, 41 Grace's Way, S. Dennis; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, July 3 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 15.

BALDASARO, Andrew, 18, 31 Anchor Ln, Cotuit; assault & battery, July 4 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.  Co-defendant with WHITE, below.

BENMBARK, Adam, 30, 409 Balido St, Key West FL; OUI liquor: negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation July 2 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.

BLACK, Peter M, 67, 13 Louisburg Sq, Boston; OUI causing serious injury; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; open container violation; marked lanes violation July 3 in Truro.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 8.  According to police reports, Truro police responded to a motor vehicle accident near Price Valley Rd.  A large crowd had gathered around a black Jaguar come to rest atop the guard rail on the northbound side of Route 6.  This vehicle had sustained front end damage.  A red convertible Jaguar in the same lane had sustained heavy rear end damage.  Black, the driver of the car up on the rail, volunteered he was a "Harvard graduate" with a doctorate.  He was unable to stand head to toe for more than a few seconds.  A witness said she had seen the black Jaguar driving "all over the road" at speeds of  "at least 80 miles an hour."  Police found a flask in the center console of Black's vehicle containing alcohol.  Black was arrested.

ERICKSON, Matthew, 23, 13 Bayberry Ln, Millbury; municipal ordinance/bylaw violation; assault & battery on a police officer, July 5 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.

MCDONNELL, Mark D, 47, 49 Division St, Dennisport; assault & battery, July 2 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 22.

NELSON, Joshua M, 17, 273 Long Pond Rd, Plymouth; armed robbery; armed assault to rob; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a flashlight; assault with a dangerous weapon, a handgun, July 4 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 18.  Co-defendant with PASQUARIELLO, below.

PASQUARIELLO, Melissa, 32, 22 Venture Way, S. Yarmouth; armed robbery; armed assault to rob; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; assault with a dangerous weapon, July 3 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 18.

PLUMMER, Maximilian R, 17, 9 Bayside Homes, Truro; person under 21 in possession of liquor, July 4 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.

SCHENKELBERGER, Albert F, 75, 225 Beach St, Dennis; assault & battery, July 2 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.

WHITE, Cody D, 21, 4675 State Hwy, Eastham; assault & battery, July 4 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.  According to police reports, a Provincetown officer assigned to the Barnstable County's Sheriff's Office Bike Unit came upon a fight in progress near Blondie's Cafe and Masonic Place.  Both men were pepper sprayed.  Both were taken to the Provincetown lockup.  Co-defendant with BALDASARO, above.

WORLEY, Mark F, 52, 1685 Old Queen Anne Rd, Chatham; OUI liquor,second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; failure to stop/yield; license not in possession, July 3 in Chatham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 19.

DEFILLIPIS, James, M, 17, 68 Pebble Ln., North Falmouth; distribution of a Class D drug ( narcotics/pills), possession of a Class B drug (marijuana), no inspection sticker on July 5 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for August 8.

ELLIOTT, Makayla A, 20, 6 Bournedale Rd., Buzzards Bay; larceny over $250 from a person on June 30. Hearing scheduled  for August 3.

WHITE Robert, 68, 83 Birch Ln., North Falmouth; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license on July 1 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for  July 12.

MITCHELL, Monica, 42, 174 Lowell Rd., Unit 63, Mashpee; motor vehicle homicide, operation under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of personal injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation on July 5 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for August 10.

ELLERBE, NYkisha 25, 795 Columbia Rd., Apt. 1, Boston; disorderly conduct on July5 in Falmouth. Dismissed

GAROFALO, Dennis J, 25, 62 Boardman St., Norfolk; disorderly conduct in Falmouth on July 5. To be dismissed upon restitution.

PATEL, Vivek, 26, 900 Washington St., Wrentham; disorderly conduct. On July 5 in Falmouth.  Dismissed upon restitution.

ARRAIGNMENTS

HILLARD, Kile J., 20, 87 Spruce St., Middleboro; from an arrest over the weekend, Hillard was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot, from a domestic dispute on July 4 at the Spruce St. address. Bail was set at $5,000 cash for Hillard’s appearance on August 19. In court this morning, prosecutors asked that a $10,000 cash bail Hillard was currently out on be revoked in light of the new charges. The $10,000 cash bail was posted in March in Bristol Superior Court where Hillard faces charges of drug trafficking and possession of a firearm.

LAGASSE, Albe A., 43, 10 Spinnaker Lane, Pocasset; from an arrest on July 4, Lagasse faces charges of two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a motorcycle helmet), 1 count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14. Lagasse was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing on July 8.

KRISTMAS, Mary L., 48, 10 Perry Ave., E. Wareham; from an arrest on July 2, Kristmas was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI. Kristmas was released on her own recognizance for her appearance on August 19 for pretrial conference.

DANIEL, Nathan A., 27, 18 Union St., Acushnet; from an arrest by State Police on July 4, Daniel was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and wrong way on a state highway. According to the State Police, Daniel was traveling south in the north bound side of Rt. 140, allegedly while intoxicated. Daniel was released on his own recognizance to appear for a pretrial conference on August 19.

TODMAN, Tyson J., 22, 469 Summer St., New Bedford; from an arrest on July 3, Todman was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, failure to stop for police and possession of Class B drug. Todman was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 22 for pretrial conference.
