READ, Karen M, 35, 51 Maple Dell Ln., Holliston; uttering a false prescription on July 6 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for August 15. Read forged a prescription (Percoset) and brought it to the Walgreen’s in Mashpee. When the pharmacist went to double check the prescription, the doctor had informed the pharmacist that the patient was prescribed an antibiotic not a narcotic, and the prescription was not to be filled.

COLLUCCI James V, 42, 92 Blueberry Hill, Rd. Hyannis; operation of a motor vehicle without a license on June 6 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for July 13.

ARBACA, Sean X, 23, 113 Fordham Rd., East Falmouth; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license on July 6 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for August 4.

DAVIS, Mark, 53, 27 Shammas Way, Marstons Mills; operation of a motor vehicle without a license,  possession of an open container of alcohol, no inspection sticker on July 6 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for August 4.

BRASSIL, Therese M, 40, 54 Ellisville Dr., Plymouth; improper use of a credit card under $250 (five counts) on May 6 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for August 26.

PHILLIPS, Charles B Jr, 42, 17 Court St., Boston; operation under the influence of  liquor (second offense), marked lanes violation, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest on May 31 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for August 15.

AHERNE, Kaitlin E, 27, 122 Snake Pond Rd., Forestdale; marked lanes violation, leaving the scene with property damage on June 8 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for August 19.

ROSS, Stephen C, 49, 34 Statice Ln., Hyannis; Class D with intent to distribute (scale), possession of Class D drug (marijuana) on July 7 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for August 19.

COX, Thomas C, 24, 7 Cox Ln., Buzzards Bay; assault and battery on July 5 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for August 19.

ROSENWALD, Pam, 54, 25 Canal Rd., Apt A4, Buzzards Bay; assault and battery on April 25 in Bourne. Dismissed (at the request of the Commonwealth).

LEWIS, Brittany L, 19, 5 Pinehurst Rd., East Falmouth; operation of a motor vehicle without a license on June 3 in Falmouth. Pay Restitution by August 14.

HURTUK, John J, 20, 159 Sandwich Rd., Falmouth; disorderly conduct (dismissed), vandalism of property (guilty) on March 9 in Falmouth.  Placed on probation until July 5 2012.

HURTUK, John J, 20, 159 Sandwich Rd., Falmouth; assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, larceny from a person, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute on March 9 in Falmouth. Dismissed.

HUDSON, Zachary R, 20, 79 Elizabeth Jean Dr., Falmouth; intimidation of a witness on March 17 in Falmouth. Dismissed without a finding.

ARRAIGNMENTS

GRIES, David A, 57, 41 Fairhaven Rd., Mattapoisett; from a complaint issued June 14, Gries was arraigned on 3 counts of criminal harassment and 2 counts of civil rights violation from a verbal altercation with a neighbor. Gries was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 12 for pretrial conference.

VEENSTRA, Amanda, 30, 1033 Main St., W. Wareham; from a complaint issued June 14, Veenstra was arraigned on a charge of identity fraud in connection with a utility account allegedly opened by Veenstra using the identity of another. Police allege that Veenstra ran up a $674.60 NSTAR bill on the fraudulently opened account. Veenstra is due back in court for pretrial conference on August 23.

RITUCCI, Mark D, 47, 200 E. Main St., Middleboro; from an arrest on July 6, Ritucci was arraigned of charges of OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Wareham police responding to a report of a motor vehicle accident were told by witnesses that Ritucci rear ended a vehicle that had stopped at a pedestrian crossing near Cumberland Farms on Main Street. Police arrested Ritucci at the scene for the alleged offenses. Pretrial conference was scheduled for August 5.

HOUGHTON, Ashley M, 20, 136 Field St., Taunton; Houghton was arraigned on charges of possession of Class D drug with intent to distribute and trespassing after a motor vehicle stop at 12:00am on July 7 on the property of the Ted Williams camp. Houghton is due back in court on August 23 for a pretrial conference.
