DEVINE, Danielle M, 18, 291Percival Dr, W. Barnstable; receiving stolen property over $250, February 4 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 12.  According to police reports, two rings stolen from a resident, bands with diamonds having a total value of $2,000 were offered for sale at Yarmouth Jewelers.  Devine admitted to the theft and subsequent sale to the store.

HOWARTH, Edward D, 132 Bryn Mawr Ave, Auburn; OUI drugs, July 6 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 8.

MCGRATH, Sarah L, 32, 312 Camp St, Yarmouth; assault & battery, July 6 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 2.

SNOWDEN, Nicholas M, 22, 233 Fawcett Ln, Hyannis; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, July 6 in Barnstable.  According to police reports, an officer and a deputy on unmarked patrol with the Street Crimes Unit observed a Dodge sedan run a stop sign.  The officer alleges Snowden, hearing the unmarked car's siren and seeing its blue lights, "appeared to be placing an item under the seat."  A search revealed $4,000 and a clear plastic bag with marijuana packaged for sale in individual smaller bags. 

SORVO, Erik P, 39, 315 Shootflying Hill Rd, Centerville; assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person, July 6 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 3.

THOMPSON, Sallie H, 41, 803 Rte 6A, Out of Town OT (sic); OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation May 21 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 8.

KANDRICK, James D, 18, 8 Bishop Path, Sandwich; larceny over $250, amended to larceny under $250; trespassing; destruction of property over $250, amended to destruction of property under $250, April 30 in Sandwich.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until July 6 2012.  Restitution of $425.73.

NIALL, Steven L, 20, 628 Craigville Beach Rd, Centerville; person under 21 in possession of liquor, Barnstable noise violation, July 7 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 15.  According to police reports, officers responded to a complaint of a loud party at the old Craigville General Store at 2:35 AM.  Police rousted thirty-five people from the building, then arrested nine residents "found in violation of the Town of Barnstable anti-noise ordinance" and alleged alcohol violations.  All nine were handcuffed, placed in a prisoner transport van and booked.  Some of the nine were of legal drinking age.  The ordinance in question refers to "loud, excessive or unusual noise,"  being present in a structure providing such noise, being in contact with a motor vehicle causing noise or being the owner of a building and failing to advise lessees of the rule.  The bylaw makes no mention of time-of-day.  The arrests took place three days after the Town of Barnstable fireworks.

PERKINS, Robert E, 17, 4 Old Fields Rd, Sandwich; larceny over $250; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes; receiving stolen property over $250; person under 21 in possession of liquor, November 26 in Sandwich.  All counts dismissed.

FRATAZZI, Kenneth B, 32, 10 Ruby St, Yarmouth; wanton destruction of property over $250, March 2 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for July 21.  According to police reports, Fratazzi is suspected of kicking a door in and breaking a mirror in connection with a restraining order against him.

CHAPMAN, Jeffrey L, 36, 111 Leonard St., Raynham, and FIGUERIEDO, Antonio, 32, also of 111 Leonard St., Raynham; from an arrest by Lakeville police on July 1, Chapman‘s bail was set at $5,000 at his arraignment on charges of breaking and entering in a building, daytime for felony, larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property over $250, accessory before the fact and accessory after the fact.  FIGUERIEDO’S bail was set at $2,500 at his arraignment, stemming from the same incident, on charges of accessory before and after the fact, receiving stolen property and breaking and entering, daytime for felony. The case was continued for pretrial conference.

PROULX, Aimee S, 24, 136 Wareham St., Middleboro; from a complaint issued June 10, Proulx was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building and receiving stolen property over $250 in connection with the alleged theft and use of two bank checks. According to the police report, the checks were missing from a Plymouth St., Middleboro address shortly after Proulx was a guest. The checks were cashed in the amount of $400 each. Proulx was released on her own recognizance to appear for a pretrial conference scheduled for August 9.
