FRUEAN, Andrew E, 22, 416 Weir Rd, Yarmouth Port; conspiracy to violate drug laws; receiving stolen property over $250, July 12 in Dennis. Pretrial conference scheduled for August 25. According to police reports, Fruean was arrested in a Ford Taurus in connection with the would-be sale of marijuana. He described a number of GPS units, iPods and power cords on the floor of the car as items he had purchased "from someone he met on craiglist," then arranged to meet at Sea Street Beach. He bought the items "to sell them at a markup on eBay." At least one GPS unit taken as evidence was found to have been stolen from a Yarmouth resident's car.
SCHUMAKER, Amanda S, 22, 2661 Movi St, Chatham; shoplifting by concealing merchandise, April 6 in Chatham. Pretrial conference scheduled for August 12. According to police reports, Schumaker is accused of stealing $7.67 in goods from the Main Street Cumberland Farms.

BRUNELLE, Ava, 19, 115 Claypond Rd., Bourne; larceny over $250, breaking into a depository, breaking and entering into a building in the night time (felony) June 13 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for August 11. Brunelle was a former Burger King employee, who used keys that were supposed to be turned in when she was fired, but were not, to enter the restaurant. Upon her entrance, Brunelle walked straight into the office and took the depository bag and loose cash from the safe, totaling $811.55. She then decided to grab a quick drink from the fountain machine before exiting.
BRUNELLE, Ava, 19, 115 ClayPond Rd., Bourne; larceny over $250 (three counts), larceny under $250 (two counts) June 13 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for August 11. Brunelle’s mother called the police to inform them that she believed her daughter stole checks from her drawer, totaling $1,383.75 and cashed them at two separate TD Bank branches. Brunelle is believed to have fled to Florida with the money and a friend’s boyfriend.
CUMMINGS, Nicholas L, 20, 180 Main Street, Apt 4, Falmouth; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, no inspection sticker, speeding on September 22 2010 in Falmouth. To be dismissed upon payment of court costs.
FITZGIBBONS, Laura J, 46, 704 Main Street, Apt 102, Falmouth; negligent operation of a motor vehicle on April 28th in Falmouth. Dismissed.

ROSS, Katherine, 38, 44 South St., Marion; from an arrest on July 13 by Mattapoisett police, Ross was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and battery. According to the police report, an officer was dispatched to 6 Oceanview Ave. for a report of a domestic with injuries. The victim alleged that Ross kicked and punched him. Ross was released on her own recognizance to appear on August 18 for pre-trial conference.
DANIELS, Charles T, 11 Glacier Way, Bourne; from an arrest on March 12, 2010 by Wareham police, Daniels was found guilty after a jury trial on charges of OUI, 2nd offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Daniels was sentenced to one year house of correction, 15 days to serve, balance suspended with probation to January 9, 2013. Daniels was also ordered to pay $600 in fees and assessments.
