ARRAIGNMENTS

MURDOCK, William R, 41 357 Wareham St., Middleboro; from an arrest on July 21, Murdock was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a disabled person with injury in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Wareham St. address. Bail was set at $1,000 cash for Murdock's appearance on August 24 for a pretrial conference.

ITALIA, Marie A., 49, and ITALIA, Candice E., 22, both of 36 Studio Dr., Buzzards Bay; arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation in connection with the alleged theft of $79 worth of groceries from Stop and Shop on Cranberry Highway in Wareham. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 21.

DISPOSITIONS

ATTAYA, Paul J., 37, 47 Woodhaven St., Carver; from an arrest by Carver police on September 24, 2010, Attaya was found guilty after a bench trial on a charge of OUI, not guilty on a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

ARRAIGNMENTS

LITTLE, Sandy J, 34, 16 Holt Rd., Buzzards Bay; from an arrest on July 20, Little was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering at night for felony. According to the police report, Wareham police were dispatched to 246 Marion Rd., Cranberry Cottage, for a report of a motion alarm. Upon arrival, the officer noticed that a bulkhead door leading to the basement was open. Moving closer to investigate, the officer observed a male, dressed in dark clothing exit a basement window. The male was later identified as Sandy Little. According to court records, Little has a lengthy record of B&Es, as well as 2 prior robbery convictions. Currently, Little is on probation in Superior Court for an armed robbery. Bail was set today at $10,000 cash for Little's appearance on August 5 for a pretrial conference.

DUQUETTE, Suzanne D, 105 Hillman St., New Bedford; from an arrest on July 19 by Mattapoisett police, Duquette was arraigned on charges of OUI and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Her case was continued to August 26 for a pretrial conference.

ARRAIGNMENTS

SANTOS, Jody L, 49, 2 West St., W. Wareham; from an arrest by Wareham police on July 19, Santos was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation. Santos was released on her own recognizance to appear on September 14 for a pretrial conference.

MATZ, Edward M, 47, LKA 1225 Rt. 28A, Cataumet Homeless Shelter, Cataumet; from an arrest on July 16, Matz was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation from an alleged theft of over $250 of groceries from the Stop and Shop in Wareham.  Matz allegedly had $120 in his pocket at the time of his arrest. The case was continued to September 14 for pretrial conference. Matz was released on his own recognizance.

CLAVIN, Michael, 27, 9 Boulton Ave., Carver; from a complaint issued on June 29, Clavin was arraigned on 3 counts of threatening to commit a crime and one count of annoying telephone calls. Police allege that Clavin phoned an ex-girlfriend 15 - 20 times a day, threatening to come over to the house and kick the door in if she did not call him back. Clavin was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 9 for a pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

BLAINE, Michael, 23, 13 South Blvd., Apt. 6, Onset; after a bench trial, Blaine was found not guilty of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, Percocet, not guilty on one count of possession of Class E drug, not guilty on a charge of defacing a firearm serial number and not guilty of possession of a firearm without a FID card. Blaine was found guilty of an additional count of possession of cCass E drug, and sentenced to 90 days house of correction, committed, deemed served.  The charges stemmed from the execution of a search warrant at the South Blvd. address on April 29 2010 by Wareham police.

ARRAIGNMENTS

HARRINGTON, Joshua M, 38, 138 Summer St., Apt 4, Plymouth; from an arrest on July 18, Harrington was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property over $250 and larceny over $250 by false pretense in connection with the recovery of jewelry valued at more than $5,000 recovered from Peggy’s Pawn Shop. Police allege the jewelry was taken in a breaking and entering of a home at 10 Clyfton St. Harrington was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 28 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

GRUPILLION, Catherine T, 64, 280 Plymouth St., Pembroke; from an arrest on June 7 by Pembroke police, Grupillion admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding with probation to July 13, 2012. Grupillion was ordered to pay $600 in fees and assessments, $65 per month probation fee, and forfeit her license for 45 days.

DERDERIAN, Laurie, 23, 11 Tree Farm Estates, Kingston; from an arrest on December 22, 2010, Derderian was found guilty after a jury trial on a charge of OUI. Derderian was ordered to pay $600 in fees and assessments, $65 per month probation fee, attend alcohol education class and forfeit her license for 45 days.

RYAN, Michael, 59, 13 Page Ave., Kingston; from an arrest on February 5 by Plymouth police, Ryan entered a guilty plea on charges of OUI, 3rd offense ad operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Ryan was sentenced to 18 months house of correction, 60 days to serve, balance suspended with probation to July 19, 2013, and ordered to pay a $65 per month probation fee.

ANDERSON, Scott M, 24, 337 River St., Halifax; from an arrest on May 27 by Pembroke police, Anderson admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of OUI. Anderson was ordered to pay $600 in fees and assessments, $65 per month probation fee, attend 24Q alcohol program and forfeit his license for 45 days.

ARRAIGNMENTS

LABRIOLA, Lynda M, 126 Jeffries Path, Wareham; from an arrest on July 15, Labriola was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation (over $100) and possession of Class E drug. Labriola allegedly tried to shoplift a 32” Vizio Flat Screen LCD TV valued at $377.85 from Walmart by wheeling it out the door in a shopping cart. Labriola was released on her own recognizance to appear on September 14 for a pretrial conference.

LEARY, Daniel, 30, 317 Center St., Hanover; from an arrest on July 16 by Plymouth Police, Leary was arraigned on charges of possession of Class B drug, oxycodone, conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession of Class C drug. Leary was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 9 for a pretrial conference.

KIMBALL, Timothy J, 23, 11 Phinney Lane, Plymouth; from an arrest on July 16, Kimball was arraigned on charges of possession of Class B drug, oxycodone, distribution of Class B drug, possession with intent to distribute Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws. His case was continued to August 9 for a pretrial conference. The arrest came as a result of an investigation by the Plymouth Narcotics Unit.

FREELAND, Robin M, 47, 74 Hobson St., Brockton; from an arrest on July 17 by Pembroke police, Freeland was arraigned on charges of OUI, 2nd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation. Her case was continued to September 14 for pretrial conference.

RICCIO, Adam K, 23, 35 Spinnaker Dr., Plymouth; from an arrest on July 15 by the Plymouth Police Narcotics Unit, Riccio was arraigned on charges of possession of Class B drug, possession of Class B drug with intent to distribute, distribution of Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws. According to the police report, members of the Plymouth Police Narcotics Unit were conducting surveillance of the parking lot at the W. Plymouth Square Plaza when they observed what they described as activity consistent with a drug transaction. Also arraigned in connection with this incident was LARSEN, Richard W., 36, 13 Thrush Ave., Plymouth; arraigned on charges of possession of Class B drug, possession of Class E drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws. A brief investigation at the scene led to Riccio’s and Larsen’s arrest. Both men were released on their own recognizance to appear on August 23 for a pretrial conference.

GALT, Steven C, 44, 16 Chandler St., Plymouth; from an arrest on July 15 by Plympton police, Galt was arraigned on charges of OUI, 3rd offense and failure to stop/yield. Galt posted $1,000 cash bail for his appearance on September 8 for a pretrial conference.

LEAMAN, John R., 17, 50 Donna Rd., Plymouth; from an arrest on July 15 by Plymouth police, Leaman was arraigned on charges of assault to rape and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over. Bail was posted in the amount of $500 for Leaman’s next appearance on September 17.

FORD, Jeffrey, 21, 74 Furnace Lane, Pembroke; from an arrest on July 16, Ford was arraigned on a charge of possession of Class B drug, oxycodone. Plymouth police investigating a suspicious vehicle parked in the back of New Balance on Court St. made the arrest.

DISPOSITIONS

DINDY, Thomas H., 21, 160 A Union Street, Marshfield; from an arrest on January 17, 2010, Dindy admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding with probation to July 18, 2012.

NORTON-MINAHAN, Kathleen, 49, 1209 Ocean St. Apt. 302, Marshfield; from an arrest on July 13 by Pembroke police, Norton- Minahan admitted to sufficient facts to charges of OUI, 2nd offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Norton-Minahan was sentenced to 6 months house of correction, suspended with probation to July 17, 2013, and ordered to enter a 14 day treatment program.

ADAMS, Vincent E., 18, 15 Andrew Dr., Pembroke; from an arrest on March 11, charges of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, domestic assault and battery, witness intimidation, threatening to commit a crime and rape of a child with force were all dismissed, as the Commonwealth was not ready at a probable cause hearing. Adams was arraigned on June 7 in Plymouth District Court on charges of armed robbery, assault and battery, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop, receiving stolen property/ subsequent offense, resisting arrest, marked lane violation and speeding.

ARRAIGNMENTS

DESIMORE, Michael III, 25, 19 Sole Rd., Plymouth; from a complaint issued June 20, Desimore was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation. According to the police report, Plymouth police were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident where the vehicle had gone off the road. Upon arrival, the operator of the vehicle was nowhere to be found. Witnesses at the scene reported that they saw a young male running off towards Hyannis Rd. Desimore was identified by the owner of the vehicle. Desimore was released on his own recognizance to appear in court on September 13 for a pretrial conference.

CHARLES, Herman E., 27, 665 Somerset Ave., Taunton; from an arrest by Plymouth police, Charles was arraigned on a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon. According to the police report, Plymouth police were dispatched to Algonquin Heights on a report of a possible fight involving a gun. Upon arrival, police spotted a group of males and ordered them to stop. One male, later identified as Charles, took off running, jumping two chain link fences to avoid apprehension. During the foot chase, the officer in pursuit heard a metallic object hit the pavement, as if thrown by Charles. Charles was eventually caught, and the metallic object recovered, which turned out to be a silver pair of brass knuckles with a built-in knife blade. Charles was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 21 for a pretrial conference.

MALLOZZI, Carmelina, 55, 24 Diamond St., Plymouth; from an arrest by Plymouth police on July 14, Mallozzi was arraigned on a charge of aggravated assault and battery. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on August 30 for a pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

VAUGHN, Cory F., 21, 11 Center Hill Rd., Kingston; admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of possession with intent to distribute Class B drug, Percocet. The case was continued without a finding with probation to July 15, 2013.
