ARRAIGNMENTS

CHENEY, Elizabeth M,42, 10 Oakwood Drive, Sagamore Beach; threat to commit a crime (assault andbattery) on July 20 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for September 14. Cheney isalleged to have told a girl on a school trip, "I'm going to wipe those dirtylooks off your face with the bottom of my shoe."

WALSH, Daniel J Jr, 19, 40 Rainbow Ave., East Falmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon (knife),disorderly conduct on June 22 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for August 18.

CARBONNEAU, KristinaM, 23, 15 Glenwood Circle, Wareham; shoplifting (Ocean State Job Lot) inBourne July 20. Carbonneau had been caught by security taking a bottle of J.Lo'sGlow perfume and placing it in her purse. When confronted by security she saidthat she didn't know why she did it. She had purchased other items includinganother bottle of perfume and had the money for it.

CARDOZA, John B,36, 132 Homestead Lane, East Falmouth; disorderly conduct, damage to a motorvehicle, assault with a dangerous weapon on April 4 in Falmouth. Dismissed, failureof witness to cooperate.

CONWAY, Dianna L,55, 211 Oldham Road, Osterville; operation of a motor vehicle with a revokedlicense on July 11 in Mashpee. Dismissed upon court costs to be paid bySeptember 21.

GOULART, Karin A, 28, 20 Edgerton Drive, North Falmouth; shoplifting (CVS Pharmacy), disorderlyconduct on July 20 in Mashpee. Dismissed upon court costs to be paid bySeptember 21.

LEIGH, Denise A, 44, 358 A Monomoscoy Road, Mashpee; assault and battery, assault and batterywith a dangerous weapon on September 20 2010 in Falmouth. Dismissed, failure ofvictim to cooperate.

NEMOTO, Bobbi M,46, 21 Simpson Lane, Apt. F, Falmouth; assault and battery with a dangerousweapon (candle), assault on June 20 in Falmouth. Guilty.

TARR, Jessica M,28, 195 Ashumet Road, Mashpee; leaving the scene with personal injury in July12 2010 in Mashpee. Guilty 6 months loss of license.

ARRAIGNMENTS

LITTLE, Sandy J,34, 16 Holt Rd., Buzzards Bay; from an arrest on July 20, Little was arraignedon a charge of breaking and entering at night for felony. According to thepolice report, Wareham police were dispatched to 246 Marion Rd., CranberryCottage, for a report of a motion alarm. Upon arrival, the officer noticed thata bulkhead door leading to the basement was open. Moving closer to investigate,the officer observed a male, dressed in dark clothing exit a basement window.The male was later identified as Sandy Little. According to court records, Littlehas a lengthy record of B&Es, as well as 2 prior robbery convictions.Currently, Little is on probation in Superior Court for an armed robbery. Bailwas set today at $10,000 cash for Little's appearance on August 5 for a pretrialconference.

DUQUETTE, Suzanne D,105 Hillman St., New Bedford; from an arrest on July 19 by Mattapoisett police,Duquette was arraigned on charges of OUI and reckless operation of a motorvehicle. Her case was continued to August 26 for a pretrial conference.

ARRAIGNMENTS

SANTOS, Jody L,49, 2 West St., W. Wareham; from an arrest by Wareham police on July 19, Santoswas arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle andmarked lane violation. Santos was released on her own recognizance to appear onSeptember 14 for a pretrial conference.

MATZ, Edward M, 47,LKA 1225 Rt. 28A, Cataumet Homeless Shelter, Cataumet; from an arrest on July16, Matz was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation from analleged theft of over $250 of groceries from the Stop and Shop in Wareham.  Matz allegedly had $120 in his pocket at thetime of his arrest. The case was continued to September 14 for pretrialconference. Matz was released on his own recognizance.

CLAVIN, Michael, 27,9 Boulton Ave., Carver; from a complaint issued on June 29, Clavin wasarraigned on 3 counts of threatening to commit a crime and one count ofannoying telephone calls. Police allege that Clavin phoned an ex-girlfriend 15- 20 times a day, threatening to come over to the house and kick the door in ifshe did not call him back. Clavin was released on his own recognizance toappear on September 9 for a pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

BLAINE, Michael, 23,13 South Blvd., Apt. 6, Onset; after a bench trial, Blaine was found not guiltyof possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, Percocet, not guilty onone count of possession of Class E drug, not guilty on a charge of defacing afirearm serial number and not guilty of possession of a firearm without a FIDcard. Blaine was found guilty of an additional count of possession of cCass Edrug, and sentenced to 90 days house of correction, committed, deemedserved.  The charges stemmed from theexecution of a search warrant at the South Blvd. address on April 29 2010 byWareham police.
