Gina Clark handcuffed, spends night in jail

Led from Barnstable courthouse in evening dress, heels, handcuffs, and shackles

Gina Clark arrestedAlleged charity fraudstress Gina Clark was handcuffed today in Barnstable Superior Court as a result of her shoplifting arrest in Plymouth July 13th, which was a probation violation for her.  The pre-trial conference was put aside and a new motion was brought forth by the Attorney General's Office to revoke her probation.   They argued that no one from Plymouth County notified them of her shoplifting arrest, July 13th - they found out on July 18th. Their concern was that she is not capable of abiding by the terms of her probation since she committed another crime while on probation.

The judge agreed.  He set bail at $25,000 cash and $250,000 surety. She is to be fitted with a GPS ankle monitoring device and has a curfew from 8pm to 6am every day - she must be home during those hours. She is not to leave the Town of Barnstable except to attend her court dates in Plymouth County. Her attorney brought up that she has a doctor in Boston. The judge said that arrangements can be made with her probation officer for those appointments. He also ordered her to have a full mental health evaluation which will remain private.

At this time, she has not been released. A source states that Gina Clark is trying to make bail at this time.
