FOSTER, Shawn M, 22, 10 Raymon's Way, Brewster; OUI drugs; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; leaving the scene of property damage; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, March 3 in Yarmouth.  OUI drugs, operating with a suspended license, both dismissed.  Leaving the scene, negligent operation, both guilty plea.  Both guilty finding.  Continued for payment, probation until July 20 2012.  Restitution ("if any") ordered.

JONES, Stephen T, 33, 127 Main St, Sandwich; assault, May 22 in Sandwich.  Dismissed.
