HAUBNER, Fritz C III, 55, 79 Guimquesset Rd, Cotuit; assault & battery; intimidating a witness, July 20 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 2.  Defendant to remain alcohol-free.

OLSEN, James P, 27, 250 State St Apt 6, Hyannis; assault with a dangerous weapon, black-handled scissors; intimidating a witness, July 21 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 19.

RODRIGUEZ, Erica L, 31, 335 Winter St, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine; conspiracy to violate drug laws, July 21 in Barnstable.  According to police reports, a Barnstable officer obtained a search warrant on the persons of Rodriguez and another party, based on a controlled purchase of  cocaine from their residence.  Police stopped the two in a rental car a short distance away, and found five (5) corner-cut plastic baggies containing .2 grams of crack cocaine.

SMITH, Daniel J, 19, 100 Harmony Ln, Apt G212, Bourne; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine; conspiracy to violate drug laws July 21 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with RODRIGUEZ, above.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 19.

Yarmouth; OUI, second offense; license not in possession; registration not in possession; February 18 in Barnstable.  OUI, guilty plea.   Guilty finding.  Sixty days house of correction, concurrent with 09CR546, committed.  License, registration not in possession, not recorded.

SAMPSON, Jeffrey D, 26, 79 Head of the Pond Ln, Marstons Mills; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, June 3 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.   Forfeiture of $331 to Cape & Islands DA's Office.

ZONA, Jonathan E, 29, 15 Square Rigger Ln, Hyannis; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, February 3 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until July 19 2013.
