BUTLER, Sharon L, 41, homeless; sexual conduct for a fee, July 25 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 22.  According to police reports, Butler was arrested after propositioning two detectives near the 7/11 on North Street.

CRABTREE, Douglas R Jr, 26, 24 Maple Ave, Centerville; two counts, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, rocks and a shod foot, July 24 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 8.

GERMAINE, Todd J, 50, 288 Scudder Ave, Apt 3, Hyannis; larceny over $250; receiving stolen property over $250, July 24 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 23.

GOMES, Manuel C, 21, 288 Lindon Rd, Hyannis; assault & battery, July 22 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 24.

GOODEN, Roger Jr, 29, 34 Hartford Ave, Dorchester; two counts, assault & battery on a police officer; disorderly conduct; resisting arrest July 22 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 22.  Gooden is co-defendant at GOODEN, below.

GOODEN, Ryan O, 28, 228 Pleasant, Brockton; two counts, assault & battery on a police officer; disorderly conduct; resisting arrest, July 22 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 22.  According to police reports, a Barnstable officer on paid police detail saw a black male in a plaid shirt, GOODEN fighting with in-house security at Pufferbellies.  The man refused to stop fighting and kicked the officer and his colleague in the legs.  At that point a second man, GOODEN Jr, tried to aid the first and wound up struggling with a Yarmouth officer.  This man jumped the police report author screaming "get off my brother, bitch or I'll [expletive] cut you up!" and put him in a choke hold.  The man in plaid broke free from police with more kicks to the legs, but was tasered into submission.  Pufferbellies security stated they had been frog-marching the second assailant out for throwing his drink at the entertainment, when he punched the security chief in the head.  Both men were arrested. 

INFANTINO, Joshua R, 23, 115 Sullivan Ave, Somerset; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, heroin; intimidating a witness, March 25 in Barnstable.  Nollo prosequie, both counts.

JOHNSON, Sheryl, 47, 87 Farmersville, Sandwich; assault & battery, July 2s in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 24.

LUMSDEN, Neville, 26, 365 Rte 6A, Apt 5, E. Sandwich; assault; vandalizing property, July 23 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for August 26.

ARRAIGNMENTS

SPOONER, Daniel, 53, 98 Colby Dr., Halifax; from an arrest on July 23 by Mattapoisett police, Spooner was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a shoe, in connection with an argument over an unleashed dog. Spooner was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 23 for a pretrial conference.

CASEY, Shannon M, 19, 4 South St., Canton; from an arrest o July 25; Casey was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. According to the police report, Middleboro police made the arrest after responding to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at the Middleboro rotary. Police allege that Casey was intoxicated when she allegedly drove her vehicle off the road into the woods. Casey was released on her own recognizance to appear for a pretrial conference.

CHANDLER,  Kate, 23, 3 Daniels Rd., Lakeville; from an arrest on July 23, Chandler was arraigned on charges of OUI, destruction of property over $250, marked lane violation, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. According to the police report, Middleboro police were dispatched to 10 Main St. for a report of a telephone pole struck by a motor vehicle. Evidence present at the scene indicated that the vehicle struck the pole and continued southbound on Rt. 105 dripping oil and losing parts along the way. A short distance from the scene of the crash, police found a front bumper with the license plate attached, leading them to Chandler's residence at 3 Daniels Rd. where Chandler was taken into custody.  Chandler was released in court on her own recognizance to appear on September 23 for a pretrial conference.

MITCHELL, Thomas, 26, 15 Lawrence Circle, Medfield; from an arrest on July 24, Mitchell was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation, speeding, and wanton destruction of property over $250. According to the police report, Marion police were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident where police allege Mitchell, while intoxicated, crashed into a tree causing it to fall in the front yard of a residence located at Front and Crapo St. Mitchell was transported to Tobey Hospital for treatment, and then to the police station for booking. Mitchell was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 23 for a pretrial conference.

GABRIEL, Dylan T, 19, 25 Arch St., Middleboro; from an arrest on July 24, Gabriel was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation and wanton destruction of property over $250. No report was available. Gabriel was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 23 for pretrial conference.
