Tea Party Patriots to hold regular monthly meetings on Cape Cod

First meeting to be held on August 10th in Mashpee

The Plymouth Rock/Cape Cod and Islands Tea Party Patriots have announced the first of regular monthly meetings on Cape Cod.  The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 10 at 7 p.m. at Jimmy'z BLT, 440 Nathan Ellis Highway/Route 151 in Mashpee. Subsequent meetings will be held all over Cape Cod, giving interested people from the Upper, Mid, Lower and Outer Cape the opportunity to attend.

According to a release from the Tea Party Patriots, the group is "dedicated to protecting America's future by promoting its core values of fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited government, and free markets."  Members consider the Tea Party Patriots a community organization, not a political party.

The agenda for the August 10th meeting includes a meet and greet and a screening of the movie "Agenda: Grinding America Down." Attendees are encouraged to arrive a bit earlier and enjoy one of Jimmy's sandwiches.

The meetings are non-partisan, according to the release, all are welcome.
