JACOBUCCI, Andrew, 51, 97 Brezner Ln, Centerville; larceny over $250, July 26 in Barnstable. Pretrial conference scheduled for September 2. According to police reports, a woman returned to the ER lobby of Cape Cod Hospital to find her silver Dell laptop had been stolen. The laptop had a Hospice Palliative Care sticker on the back. Security video revealed Jacobucci, the alleged thief, had left the lobby with the computer, stashed it in the trunk of his blue Toyota Corolla, then returned to steal additional items. Jacobucci was stopped in his car before leaving the hospital grounds and arrested.
MACPHERSON, Sean, 26, 60 Samoset Rd, Plymouth; larceny from a building; receiving a stolen credit card; July 26 in Barnstable. Pretrial conference scheduled for August 24. Co-defendant with MORSE, below. According to police reports, Macpherson grabbed the tip jar from the counter of DJ's Family Sports Club and ran out. He was apprehended along with Morse in a gray pickup in the parking lot of the Cascade Motor Lodge.

Police were dispatched to the beach for aloud party. They arrived to find more than 100 people, many fleeing indifferent directions. A male and femalewho do not get along ran into each other as the party was breaking up. They began to argue and the female slappedthe male across the face. To retaliate, he shook his beer bottle, spraying herin the face, then dropped the bottle and ran. The male stopped when he heard his name called. When he turned to see who called him, he was approachedby Fallon who said, "I'm going to kick your little a** for pushing a girl." Themale tried to explain what happened, andaccording to police reports, Fallon hit him with a beer bottle and continued topunch him when he was on the ground. When he returned to his feet, the twobegan to scuffle and the fight was broken up by bystanders.

O'ROURKE, Gerald F, 50,2875 Cranberry Highway, Wareham; from an arrest on July 25, O'Rourke wasarraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resistingarrest, threatening to commit a crime and trespass in connection with anincident that required Wareham canine Rolf and a stun gun to take O'Rourke intocustody. According to the police report, Wareham police were dispatched to 57Cromesett Rd. on a report of a male party banging on the door trying to get in.Upon arrival, the male party was nowhere to be found, but the occupants of thehome gave a good description of the man. Police patrolled the area and observeda male matching the description hiding behind a shed in a nearby yard. Whenordered by police to stop, the man allegedly ignored the officer several timesand walked away. According to the report, the man repeatedly reached inside hisshirt, as one might do to get a weapon. Rolf,the Wareham canine was released after numerous warnings, taking the man to theground. When police approached to cuff the man, a scuffle ensued, requiring ajolt from a stun gun to finally subdue O'Rourke. O'Rourke was taken to Tobeyhospital to be treated for a dog bite, and then to the station for booking.Yesterday in court, bail was set at $2,500 for O'Rourke's appearance on August17 for pretrial conference. Court records indicate that O'Rourke has additionalpending charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace from an incidentback in March.
GONZALEZ, Luis, 52,94 Park Ave., Wareham; from a complaint issued on July 6, Gonzalez wasarraigned on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, a motor vehicle. Pretrialwas set for September. Gonzalez was released on his own recognizance.
