CALDWELL, Craig J, 47, 55 Smith St, Harwich; OUI liquor, September 13 2009 in Harwich.  Final disposition: probation terminated.  Defendant discharged.

CHAPMAN, Richard, 54, 2990 Trawood, Apt 9C, El Paso TX; OUI liquor; marked lanes violation, August 7 2010 in Wellfleet.  OUI, dismissed.  Marked lanes, not responsible.

COBLYN, Carl M, 21, 21 Courtland Way, W. Yarmouth; aggravated assault & battery, December 17 2010 in Dennis.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Probation until January 2, 2014.  Stay away from victim/anger management.

HEPBURN-MURPHY, Zachary, 32, 158 Alcott St, Concord; violating an abuse prevention order, August 3 in Brewster.  Final disposition: dismissed.  Defendant discharged.

JOHNSON, Heather E, 36, 718 Main St, Apt 10, Harwich; leaving the scene of property damage; negligent operation of a motor vehicle September 20, 2008 in Brewster.  Final disposition:  dismissed on both counts.  Defendant discharged.

KEITH, Andrew W, 20, 100 Bayside Dr, Eastham; assault & battery; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; malicious destruction of property under $250; intimidating a witness, April 22 in Eastham.  Jury trial.  All counts dismissed.

GIROUX, Denise M, 50, 98 Donald Road, Marshfield; concealing license plate, no inspection sticker on July 20 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for August 22.

GONSALVES, Michael E, 55, 9 Santos Street, Harwich; distribution of a Class A drug subsequent offense (heroin), being present where heroin is kept, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession and distribution of a Class B drug (cocaine), possession of a Class B drug (oxycodone) on August 4 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for September 20.

HINDS, Jennifer M, 29, 57 Winthrop Drive, East Falmouth; identity fraud on July 25 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for September 28. According to police reports, Ms. Hinds opened a Direct TV account using the name and social security number of the victim, a former friend. Hinds opened the account while living with the friend from 2005-2006. Hinds told her former roommate that her grandmother would pay the bill and not to worry.  Victim eventually learned that the balance on the Direct TV account had been written off.  Hinds’s name had never appeared on the account, only the victim’s.

MOONEY, Zachery, 19, 133 Homestead Lane, East Falmouth; two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (knife), disorderly conduct on July 13 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for September 28.

PIPHER, Michael, 20, 549 Main Street, Wareham; operation under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol in motor vehicle (open container), marked lanes violation, lights violation on August 2 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for September 20.

POCKNETT, Douglas, 47, 264 Main Street, Mashpee; conspiracy to violate drug law, being present where heroin is kept on August 4 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for September 20.

DAVIS, Mark S, 53, 27 Shammas Way, Marstons Mills; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol in possession in a motor vehicle (open container), no inspection sticker on July 6 in Falmouth. Probation until February 13 2012.

LEWIS, Shaun M, 23, 36 Valley Road, Mashpee; malicious damage to a motor vehicle on December 6 2010 in Falmouth. Dismissed on August 3 2011, failure of victim to cooperate.

ARRAIGNMENTS

DEMARCO, Anthony M,29, 8 Lovell St., Middleboro; from an arrest on August 3 by Middleboro police,Demarco was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weaponand reckless endangerment of a child in connection with a domestic altercationat the Lovell St. address. Demarco was released on his own recognizance toappear on September 22 for pretrial conference.

ROSE, Jeffrey D., 47,8 Bertino St., Onset; from an arrest on August 3, Rose was arraigned on acharge of disorderly conduct, subsequent offense. Court records indicate Rosehas been charged with disorderly conduct 6 times in the past. Bail was set at$500 cash. Pretrial was scheduled for August 31.

DISPOSITIONS

MULLEN, Alexandria, 27,6 Depot St., Wareham; from a complaint issued February 8, Mullen entered aguilty plea to a charge of uttering a false prescription and was sentenced to60 days house of correction, committed.

PIERCE, Eric W,20, 3 Whitus Rd., Stafford Springs, CT., admitted to sufficient facts to acharge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding with probation toAugust 1, 2012. Pierce is also required to pay $600 in fees and assessments andforfeit his license for 210 days.
