NOONAN, same.  Class D drug possession, clonazepam (Klonapin), August 8 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 12.  According to police reports, a routine traffic stop turned up a warrant for Noonan's arrest.  During booking, officers found a prescription bottle in her purse, with two different types of pills inside it.  "Those are Adderall," she said, and Adderall pills as indicated by the bottle's label were legally prescribed.  Five Klonapin pills were also found.  Because it is illegal in Massachusetts to possess a controlled substance without the (valid) prescription bottle, Noonan was charged.

ARRAIGNMENTS

BAUM, Charles G, 51, 5 Ronda, Dennis; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, August 6 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 16.

CATERINO, Eric W, 20, 660 Main St, Dennis; resisting arrest; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone, August 5 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 7.  According to police reports, members of the Cape Cod Drug Task Force served an arrest warrant on Caterino at his residence.  He opened the door in the company of a pit bull.  A state trooper asked that Caterino restrain the dog.  Caterino turned away holding the dog's collar, removed a plastic bag from his pocket, tore it open and consumed its contents, an unknown quantity of unknown pills.  Troopers kept Caterino from swallowing.  Police arrested Caterino and seized sixty-two oxycodone pills bearing four different imprints.  Pill imprints generally indicate the manufacturer and the total amount of active ingredient(s).

TRIPP, Daniel A, 33, 15 Newbury St, Boston; breaking & entering a building at nighttime for felonious purposes; trespassing, August 8 in Provincetown.  According to police reports, two Provincetown officers conducted a building check of 44 Bradford Street, the Provincetown Community Center.  The location has suffered a series of recent break-ins.  Although all doors and windows appeared secure, police discovered Tripp asleep with the lights on in a basement room.  No damage nor thefts were identified.  The police report noted Tripp has been arrested twice for B&Es and is a suspect in multiple incidents, and this was Tripp's second arrest on the premises for that crime.
