SAUNDERS, Richard, 19, 11 Barrows St. Apt.2, Middleboro; from an arrest on August 5, Saunders wasarraigned on a charge of aggravated assault and battery in connection with adomestic incident. According to the police report, Middleboro police weredispatched to an abandoned hospital located at Center and Oak St. on a reportof a domestic argument. According to the police report, witnesses at the scenealleged that Saunders threw the victim to the ground and punched her severaltimes in the stomach after the victim informed Saunders that she was pregnant. Pretrialconference was set for September 8.
MORGANELLI, Jonathan, 25, 2 Derry park Dr. Apt. 7, Middleboro; from an arrest on August 7,Morganelli was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering in a vehicle,nighttime for felony. According to witnesses, Morganelli allegedly broke into avehicle in the area of N. Grove St. Morganelli was released on his ownrecognizance to appear on September 21 for pretrial conference.
GUINIER, Andre A., III,24, 8 Sandy Rd., Wareham; from an arrest on August 6, Guinier was arraigned ona charge of possession of more than an ounce of marijuana. According to thepolice report, Wareham police stopped a "suspicious" vehicle they observed pickup an individual from behind a closed business. The officer conducted a pat frisk, allegedlyfor "officer safety", revealing an illegal substance. During a search of thetrunk, an amount of marijuana, slightly over an ounce was discovered, alongwith a scale. Guinier was released onhis own recognizance to appear on September 21 for pretrial conference.
TOBIAZ, Steven M., 25,22 Wareham St. Apt. 2R, Middleboro; from an arrest on August 5, Tobiaz wasarraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Accordingto the police report, Wareham police responding to a call from a female victimarrested Tobiaz for allegedly pushing her down a flight of stairs. Courtrecords indicate Tobiaz had an active restraining order at the time of thealleged attack. Pretrial was scheduled for August 22.
DONOVAN, Brendan P., 31,36 Marine Rd., South Boston; from an arrest on July 30, 2010, Donovan entered aguilty plea on a charge of possession with intent to distribute Class B drug. Donovanwas sentenced to 18 months house of correction, 126 days credit. Charges of possession withintent to distribute Class C drug, possession with intent to distribute Class Edrug, receiving stolen property and school zone violation were all dismissed.
