KNIGHT, Leon N, 17, 9 Pilgrim Way, Brewster; breaking & entering into a building for felonious purposes; larceny from a building, March 27 in Eastham.  Both counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Both counts, continued without a finding until February 1 2013.  Restitution.  Stay away from victim's premises.

CARDOSO, Lucas V,20, 8 Munroe St., Onset; from an arrest by Wareham police on August 9, Cardosowas arraigned on a charge of OUI, possession of open container, alcohol, invehicle and person under 21 in possession of liquor. Cardoso was released on hisown recognizance to appear on September 19 for pretrial conference.

BUMPUS, Mark A, 5Standish Ave., E. Wareham; from a complaint issued July 19 by Wareham police,Bumpus was arraigned on charges of OUI and marked lane violation in connectionwith a vehicle accident on Glen Charlie Rd. Bumpus was released on his ownrecognizance to appear on September 19 for pretrial conference.
