ARRAIGNMENTS

RAMOS, Kendra L., 2721 Valentine St. Apt. 1, New Bedford; from an arrest on August 11, Ramos wasarraigned on charges of possession of class B, C, and D drugs. According to thepolice report, Wareham police responding to a report of people smoking pot in avehicle parked behind Water Wizz alleged that a prescription bottle withseveral varieties of prescription medication was observed, in plain view, in avehicle owned and operated by Ramos. Ramos was released on her own recognizanceto appear on September 22 for pretrial conference.

PERRY, Damien, 39,21 Nicholas Dr., Wareham; from an arrest on August 12 by Wareham police, Perrywas arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle andmarked lane violation. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 16.

BRADY, Dennis, 50,28 William St., Carver; from a complaint issued August 12, Brady was arraignedon a charge of domestic assault and battery. The police report indicates thatBrady allegedly slapped the victim across the face. Brady was released on hisown recognizance to appear on September 22 for pretrial conference.

PEPIN, Kevin J, 22,239 Glen Charlie Rd., E Wareham; from a complaint issued August 11 by Warehampolice, Pepin was arraigned on charges of assault to rape and indecent assaultand battery on a person over 14. The case was continued to August 29. The courtreleased Pepin on his own recognizance.

DISPOSITIONS

MACFARLANE, MarshaE., 60, 42 West St., Plympton; from an arrest in June 2010, MacFarlaneadmitted to sufficient facts to charges of OUI and negligent operation of amotor vehicle. The case was continued without a finding with probation toAugust 12, 2012. MacFarlane must pay $65 per month probation fee, $600 in feesand assessments and forfeit her license for 45 days.

HEFFERNAN, Steven M.,34, 45 Forest St., Middleboro; from an arrest on March 5, Heffernan admitted tosufficient facts to a charge of possession with intent to distribute class Bdrug. The judge continued the case without a finding with probation to February11, 2013. The charge stemmed from the execution of a search warrant byMiddleboro police in March at the Forest St. address. Approximately 70 Percocetpills along with $6000 in cash were seized in the raid. The cash was forfeited byHeffernan to the Commonwealth.
