Truro; firearm without an FID card;  two counts, Class E drug possession, assorted antidepressants; two counts, Class D drug possession, marijuana; three counts, assault with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60; assault to intimidate; threatening to commit a crime, August 1 in Truro.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 26.


MCKEAN, Nathaniel S, 38, 489 Commercial St, Provincetown; larceny by check over $250, September 22 2009 in Harwich.  Final disposition:  dismissed.  Defendant discharged.

WIXON-GOMEZ, Wayra, 18, 149 Meetinghouse Rd., Mashpee; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (hands/feet), conspiracy, unarmed robbery on August 3 in Mashpee. Hearingscheduled for September 19.


AMOS, Marie, 32,14 Nauset Rd., Sagamore Beach; assault and battery  (3 counts) on June 19 inBourne. Dismissed, upon payment received by November 10 2011.

AVILA, Matthew W, 34, 75 Sagamore St., New Bedford; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspendedregistration, uninsured motor vehicle on June 3 in Bourne. Dismissed uponpayment received by December 9 2011.

MITCHELL, Anthony,52, 152 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL; threat to commit a crime (murder,intimidation of a witness), on May 19 in Falmouth. Dismissed, placed onprobation until November 11 2011.

STRUNK, Kristina M, 38, 250 Davisville Rd. East Falmouth; assault and battery on April 27 inFalmouth. Dismissed, placed on probation until February 10 2012.

THOMASSON, MitchellJ, 20, 1 Amy Brown Rd., Mashpee; operation of a motor vehicle with asuspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanesviolation on May 6 in Mashpee. Dismissed placed on probation until November 102011.

TOMCHAK, Todd R,49, 95 Spring Bars Rd. Falmouth; breaking and entering into a building (felony), larceny from a building, destruction of property over $250 on January3 in Falmouth. Dismissed, 59 days House of Corrections/ Guilty.

YAROSH, Barbara, R,49, 1254 Rte 28A, Cataumet; assault and battery on May 3 in Bourne. Dismissed,upon payment received by October 11 2011.

RAMOS, Kendra L., 2721 Valentine St. Apt. 1, New Bedford; from an arrest on August 11, Ramos wasarraigned on charges of possession of class B, C, and D drugs. According to thepolice report, Wareham police responding to a report of people smoking pot in avehicle parked behind Water Wizz alleged that a prescription bottle withseveral varieties of prescription medication was observed, in plain view, in avehicle owned and operated by Ramos. Ramos was released on her own recognizanceto appear on September 22 for pretrial conference.

PERRY, Damien, 39,21 Nicholas Dr., Wareham; from an arrest on August 12 by Wareham police, Perrywas arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle andmarked lane violation. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 16.

BRADY, Dennis, 50,28 William St., Carver; from a complaint issued August 12, Brady was arraignedon a charge of domestic assault and battery. The police report indicates thatBrady allegedly slapped the victim across the face. Brady was released on hisown recognizance to appear on September 22 for pretrial conference.

PEPIN, Kevin J, 22,239 Glen Charlie Rd., E Wareham; from a complaint issued August 11 by Warehampolice, Pepin was arraigned on charges of assault to rape and indecent assaultand battery on a person over 14. The case was continued to August 29. The courtreleased Pepin on his own recognizance.


MACFARLANE, MarshaE., 60, 42 West St., Plympton; from an arrest in June 2010, MacFarlaneadmitted to sufficient facts to charges of OUI and negligent operation of amotor vehicle. The case was continued without a finding with probation toAugust 12, 2012. MacFarlane must pay $65 per month probation fee, $600 in feesand assessments and forfeit her license for 45 days.

HEFFERNAN, Steven M.,34, 45 Forest St., Middleboro; from an arrest on March 5, Heffernan admitted tosufficient facts to a charge of possession with intent to distribute class Bdrug. The judge continued the case without a finding with probation to February11, 2013. The charge stemmed from the execution of a search warrant byMiddleboro police in March at the Forest St. address. Approximately 70 Percocetpills along with $6000 in cash were seized in the raid.
