ENGLAND, Peter M, 75, 230 Ocean St, Hyannis; OUI liquor, third offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; failure to stop for a police officer; failure to stop/yield, August 14 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 7.

GREENE, Sarah M, 20, 96 Cinderella Terr, Marstons Mills; Class B drug possession, an oxycodone tablet, August 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 8.  According to police reports, members of the Barnstable Street Crime Unit on marked detail observed two men approach a green-colored sedan holding three people.  They were waved off, twice, with an indication toward the cruiser, and left shortly thereafter.   At this time, Barnstable PD received a phoned-in complaint concerning drug activity in and around "a green Taurus sedan."  All SCU officers present closed on the vehicle.  Greene was arrested in possession of one (1) oxycodone pill.

HASTINGS, John L, 18, 63 Cammett Ln, Marstons Mills; conspiracy to violate drug laws; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone, September 8 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with DANFORTH, above.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 8.

HAYDEN, Daniel M, 30, 38 Bodfish Pl, Hyannis; assault & battery, August 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 8.

LEONE, Christopher P, 20, 11 Jacqueline Cir, W. Yarmouth; intimidating a witness, July 28 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 8.

MITCHELL, Marineide V, 800 Bearse's Way, Apt 6ED, Hyannis; assault & battery; intimidating a witness August 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 15.

PARON, Michael K, 47, 77 Winter St, Apt 111, Hyannis; assault with a dangerous weapon, a metal pipe; resisting arrest; disorderly conduct, August 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 7.

VALENTIN, Justin A, 32, 96 Camp Opechee Rd, Centerville; Class C drug possession with intent to distribute, hallucinogens, August 12 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 15.  According to police reports, Valentin was observed conducting a transaction near the Mini Food Mart on Main Street.  Valentin was stopped in a gray Toyota.  Concerned that he could reach for a weapon, officers ordered him to keep both hands on the steering wheel.  Asked as to what might be in his possession, Valentin replied "bath salts."  A pat frisk revealed two plastic bags of psychedelic mushrooms weighing a total of 6.7 grams and no bath salts.

WEBBER, Theodore D II, 65, 113 Nottingham Dr, Yarmouth Port; OUI liquor, third offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of property damage; resisting arrest, August 13 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 29.

ARRAIGNMENTS

GONSCALVES, Jordan, 21,36 Reservoir St., Brockton; from an arrest on August 13 by Wareham police,Gonscalves was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct. According to thepolice report, Gonscalves was arrested for allegedly being "uncooperative andbelligerent" when asked by officers to "move along" on Onset Ave. during theCape Verdean Festival. Gonscalves was released on his own recognizance toappear on September 23 for pretrial conference.

WAUGH, Dwight, 20,208 Miller St., Middleboro, and BREEN,Justin, 20, 42 Deer Track Dr., Taunton; from an arrest on August 14 byWareham police, Waugh and Breen were arraigned on a variety of charges stemmingfrom the alleged theft of assorted merchandise from Famous Footwear. Waugh wasarraigned on 5 counts of larceny less than $250, receiving stolen property andpossession of Class B drug, while Breen was arraigned on charges of 2 countslarceny under $250, receiving stolen property over $250 and possession of ClassB drug. Both men were released on their own recognizance to appear on September29 for pretrial conference.

MURRAY, John III, 39,31 Hicks St., New Bedford; from an arrest on August 13, Murray was arraigned ona charge of domestic assault and battery from an incident at Depot CrossingApartments. Murray was released on his own recognizance to appear on September29 for pretrial conference.

SIUDUT, Edward F, 36,85 Round House Rd., Buzzards Bay; from an arrest on August 2, Siudut wasarraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation, disorderlyconduct/subsequent offense, resisting arrest and assault and battery. Accordingto the police report, Wareham police were dispatched to the Stop and Shop on areport of a shoplifting incident where an unidentified male allegedly attemptedto steal 2 bags of meat valued at $250. Store security informed the officerthat the man dropped the meat and bolted from the store when confronted, jumpedinto a vehicle and took off. With the vehicle's make, model, color and platenumber, the male, later identified as Siudut, was stopped on Rt.6 nearMcDonald's. According to the report, when officers attempted to take Siudut intocustody, Siudut allegedly stated, "I'm not going to jail!" A struggle ensued requiringan officer to deploy his tazer, hitting Siudut in the midsection and causinghim to fall to the ground.  Apparentlyunfazed, Suidut required 3 additional "deployments" of the officer's tazer tofinally come to terms with his fate. Pretrial conference was set for September29.

PERKINS, Steven M, 33,4 Acorn St., Middleboro; from an arrest on August 14 by Middleboro police,Perkins was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerousweapon in connection with a domestic altercation. According to the policereport, the victim alleged that Perkins struck her in the face with a metaltable. The case was put over to September 29 for pretrial conference.

CROTEAU, Robert W, 20,11 Benefit St. Apt. 1, Taunton; from an arrest on August 15 by Middleboropolice, Croteau was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation and markedlane violation. Pretrial was scheduled for September 29.

TAVAREZ, Adalberto, 9Parkis Ave., Providence RI; arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation,marked lane violation and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.Tavarez was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 22 forpretrial conference.

MONTEIRO, Roy, 81,40 Redwood Circle, Pembroke; from an arrest by Wareham police in connectionwith a minor motor vehicle accident on Onset Ave., Monteiro was arraigned on acharge of OUI.  Pretrial conference wasscheduled for September 29.
