ARRAIGNMENTS

BARATA, Augustinho, 51, 22 The Village Apartments #10, Marshfield; from an arrest on August 12 by Marshfield police, Barata was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, suspended registration, uninsured, and marked lane violation. Barata was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 15 for pretrial conference.

PEREIRA, Justin C, 24, 42 Temple St. Apt. 2, Whitman; from an arrest on August 13 by Halifax police, Periera was arraigned on charges of OUI and speeding. The case was continued for pre-trial conference.

ORCHARD, Daniel, 23, 30 Brandeis Lane, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 12 by Bourne State Police, Orchard was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop, marked lane violation and resisting arrest. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 29.

O’HARA, Suzanne, 37, 1283 Ocean St. Apt. 1, Marshfield; from an arrest on August 12 by Marshfield police, O’Hara was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation. Pre-trial conference was scheduled for September 20.

BAKO-BERRY, James, 19, 70 School St. Apt. 1, Bryantville; from an arrest on August 11 by Hanson police, Bako-Berry was arraigned on charges of OUI/drugs, subsequent offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation. Bako-Berry was released on his own recognizance to appear on August 24 for pretrial conference.

DARMON, Ryan P., 26, 42 Newtown Rd., Sandwich; from an arrest on August 12 by Plymouth police, Darmon was arraigned on a charge of OUI. Darmon was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 20 for pretrial conference.

GREGOIRE, Michael M., 57, 84 Summer St. #4, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 13 by Plymouth police, Gregoire was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation from the alleged attempted theft of $125 worth of groceries from Shaws Supermarket located at Pilgrim Hill Rd. Loss prevention personnel at the store alleged that they observed, and then detained Gregoire for leaving the store with green garbage bags filled with food. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 30.

HARTMAN, Eileen E., 44, 26 Fowler Rd., North Stonington CT.; from an arrest on August 14 by Marshfield police, Hartman was arraigned on charges of OUI and open container in vehicle. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 30.

MCKENNA, Kristen M., 33, 19 Bartlett Ave., Plymouth; from an arrest on August 14 by Plymouth police, McKenna was arraigned on a charge of OUI 2nd offense. McKenna was released on her own recognizance to appear on September 29 for pretrial conference.

COX, Matthew J., 25, 136 Lonsdale St. Apt. 3R, Fall River; from an arrest on August 12 by Plymouth police, Cox was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering in a vehicle for felony and larceny over $250 in connection with an incident in the parking lot of the Stop and Shop Plaza in Manomet. Cox was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 5 for pretrial conference.

KRIVACS, Marion L., 55, 110 Beachwood Rd., Halifax; from an arrest on August 11 by Kingston police, Krivacs was arraigned on a charge of OUI/drugs, 2nd offense. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 29.

GANNON, Tara, 31, 19 Anawan Rd. Apt. A10, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 13 by Plymouth police, Gannon was arraigned, and the case was disposed of today when Gannon admitted to sufficient facts on charges of OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The court continued the case without a finding with probation to August 14, 2012. Gannon was ordered to pay $65 per month probation fee in addition to $600 in fines and assessments.

CURTO, Mark E., 42, 147 Presidential Dr., Marshfield; from an arrest on August 13 by Marshfield police, Curto was arraigned on charges of OUI, marked lane violation and open container in vehicle. Curto was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 30 for pretrial conference.

ROUNBEHLER, Paul E., 51, 59 Eustis St., Marshfield; from an arrest on August 14 by Marshfield police, Rounbehler was arraigned on charges of OUI and speeding. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 29.

ROTHWELL, Robert J, 528 Center St., Pembroke; from an arrest on August 9 by Pembroke police, Rothwell was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and battery at the Center St. address. Rothwell was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 20 for pretrial conference.

ARRAIGNMENTS

KINDREGAN, Conor M, 18, 1408 Tremont St., Duxbury; from an arrest on August 9 by Duxbury police, Kindregan was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and battery in connection with a report of an “out of control male” at the Tremont St. address. Kindregan was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 7 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

SMITH, Jean M, 34, 311 Ferry St., Marshfield; from a complaint issued May 12, Smith admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of OUI. The Judge continued the case without a finding with probation to August 9, 2013 and ordered Smith to undergo a mental health/substance abuse evaluation, participate in the mandatory alcohol program and forfeit her license for 45 days. Charges of leaving the scene of property damage and reckless operation were dismissed.

LANGLOIS, Michele L, 27, 13 North Wind Dr., Plymouth; from an arrest on June 9 by Plymouth police, Langlois admitted to sufficient facts to charges of assault, resisting arrest, 2 counts of assault and battery and 2 counts of assault and battery on a police officer. The court continued the case without a finding with probation to August 9, 2012. Langlois must undergo mental health/substance abuse evaluation and counseling.

MARTINEZ, Wellington, 29, 6 St. Casmir St., Boston; from a complaint issued May 4, Martinez plead guilty to 2 counts of distribution of Class A drug and was sentenced to 2 ½ years house of correction committed, concurrent with a sentence Martinez is currently serving at MCI Cedar Junction.

ARRAIGNMENTS

HATCH, Eric J, 38, 24 Plymouth St., Halifax; from an arrest on August 5 by Hanson police, Hatch was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery in connection with an incident in the parking lot of the Hess Gas Station at 318 Man St. Hatch was released on his own recognizance for his appearance at pretrial conference in September.

SKIPPAR, Joseph J, 51, 215 Auburn St., Bridgewater; from an arrest on August 6 by Kingston police, Skippar was arraigned on charges of OUI 2nd offense and marked lane violation. Skippar will be back in court on October 7 for pretrial conference.

KENNY, Brandon, 24, 1 Sanford Rd., Bridgewater; from an arrest on August 8 by Plymouth police, Kenny was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering in a vehicle, nighttime for felony. The case was continued to October 13 for pretrial.

DAVIS, Matthew A, 30, 61 Orchard Rd., Marshfield; from an arrest on August 8, Davis was arraigned on charges of OUI, open container in vehicle and failure to dim headlights. Davis was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 13 for pretrial conference.

BROWN, Michael, 48, 516 Hollis St., Framingham; from an arrest on August 4, Brown was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, threatening to commit a crime and kidnapping in connection with an alleged beating in the men’s room at the Cabbyshack on Town Wharf Rd. Brown was held without bail pending the hook up of a GPS monitoring device.

HEBBLETHWAITE, Matthew L, 25, 51 Chowdermarch St., Marshfield; from a complaint issued July 20 by Marshfield police, Hebblethwaite was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin.

DISPOSITIONS

ALLEN, Candice M, 24, 256 Carswell St., Marshfield; from an arrest on December 24, 2010 by Pembroke police, Allen entered a guilty plea on charges of OUI and reckless endangerment of a child. The judge sentenced Allen to 90 days house of correction, suspended, with probation to August 7, 2012.

ARRAIGNMENTS

BARAGWAMATH, William A., 42, 880 Long Pond Rd., Plymouth; from an arrest on August 4 by Plymouth police, Baragwamath was arraigned on a charge of OUI 3rd offense in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Hedges Pond Rd. in Plymouth. Baragwamath was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 13 for pretrial conference.

BELLEVILLE, Arthur J Jr., 71, 48 Grove St., Plympton; from an arrest on August 4, Belleville was arraigned on charges of kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot) and threatening to commit a crime. Belleville posted $250 bail for his appearance on September 8 for pre-trial conference. The alleged beating took place at the Cabbyshack, 30 Town Wharf. According to the police report, the victim, transported by ambulance to Jordan Hospital, sustained injuries to his head and face.

ROCHE, Griffin H., 18, 10 Byrne Rd., Duxbury; from an arrest on August 5 by Duxbury police, Roche was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault and battery. Roche was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 22 for pretrial conference.

LUQUE, Chad W., 18, 32 Longwood Circle, Kingston; from a complaint issued July 11 by Plymouth police, Luque was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property and larceny under $250 by false pretense in connection with a stolen platinum and diamond ring recovered from Peggy’s Pawn Shop located at 37 Court St. in Plymouth. Police allege Luque sold the stolen ring to Peggy’s Pawn Shop. Luque was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 14 for pretrial conference.

COOPER, Marcus B., 29, 2805 Cranberry Highway, Wareham; from an arrest on June 13, Cooper was arraigned on a charge of OUI. According to the police report, Marion police spotted a vehicle parked on the side of Point Rd. with its engine running and lights on. When the officer pulled alongside to investigate, a male, later identified as Cooper, was asleep in the driver’s seat. Further investigation by the officer led to his conclusion that Cooper was intoxicated. Cooper was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 2 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

HOWES, Leonard, 52, 23 Thos Blanchard Dr., Plympton; from an arrest on April 30 by Kingston police, Howes entered a plea of guilty to a charge of OUI, receiving probation to August 3, 2012, loss of license for 45 days, and ordered to pay $65 per month probation fees as well as $350 in fines and assessments.

DWYER, Robert P. Jr., 34, 103 Furnace Lane, Pembroke; from an arrest on July 4, Dwyer admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding with probation to August 6, 2012.

ENGLEHART, Nicholas R., 24, 106 Broad St. Apt. 33, Weymouth; Englehart plead guilty to a charge of assault and battery. Englehart was sentenced to 2 ½ years house of correction, 18 months committed balance suspended with probation to August 7, 2014. Charges of threatening to commit a crime and attempted murder were dismissed by the Commonwealth.

HOHMAN, Hamish, 59, 3 Penelope Rd., Bourne; from an arrest on July 4, Hamish admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding with probation to August 3, 2012. Hamish was ordered to forfeit her license for 45 days, pay a probation fee of $65 per month as well as $350 in fees and assessments

VINCENZI, Matthew, 21, 1 Pond St., Plymouth; Vincenzi admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of OUI. The case was continued without a finding with probation to August 6, 2012. Vincenzi was ordered to forfeit his license for 210 days, pay $65 per month probation fee.

INDICTED

JOHN, Peter W., 31, 12 Howe Circle, Randolph, and JOHNSON, Peter R., 31, 36 Pearl St., Weymouth; from an arrest on June 23, John and Johnson, held without bail at the Plymouth County House of Correction since their arrest by Marshfield police and arraignment in Wareham District Court were indicted by a Plymouth County Grand Jury on charges including; 2 counts of home invasion, assault to rob, threatening to commit a crime, assault with a dangerous weapon  (a sawed off shotgun), 2 counts of possession of a sawed off shotgun, armed robbery (firearm) while masked, and carrying a loaded firearm without a FID card, all in connection with an armed home invasion.

ARRAIGNMENTS

FEINSTEIN, Michael V., 24, 11 Penny Lane, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 3, Feinstein was arraigned on a charge of possession of Class E drug. According to the police report, while in the process of arresting Feinstein at his home on a warrant charging him with malicious damage to a motor vehicle, breaking and entering in a motor vehicle, nighttime for felony, unarmed burglary, larceny from a building, use of a motor vehicle without authority, credit fraud over $250, and credit card fraud under $250, 3 tablets identified as busprione hydrochloride, a Class E drug, were found. No details were available in court papers on the numerous charges listed in the arrest warrant. Pretrial conference on the drug charge was scheduled for September 2.

MENDES, Leah D., 51, 9 Tremont St. Apt. 2, Plymouth; from a complaint issued January 19 on an offense allegedly committed June 11, 2010, Mendes was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. Mendes was released on her own recognizance to appear on August 29 for pretrial conference.

DROLETTE, Laureen, 50, 5 Wallis Dr., W. Yarmouth; from a complaint issued June 17, Drolette was arraigned on charges of larceny under $250 and 2 counts of breaking and entering in a vehicle, at night for felony. Pretrial was scheduled for September 9.

DISPOSITIONS

WAGENER, George E., 292 Court St. Apt. D, Plymouth; 52, from an arrest on July 7, Wagener entered a guilty plea on a charge of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The judge handed down a sentence of 6 months house of correction, suspended with probation to August 2, 2013 and ordered Wagener to attend and complete a batterers' program.

APPEARANCE OF NOTE

CLARK, Gina M, 40, 31 Acadia Dr., Marstons Mills; in court on Thursday, August 4, from a arrest on July 13 in connection with an alleged shoplifting incident at Kohl’s in Plymouth, and to be heard on a probation violation issue stemming from her conviction back in March 2010 for assault, both matters were continued to September 2. According to court papers, Clark will face a final probation violation hearing on the September date. Readers may remember Clark from the “Touched By An Angel” scandal from which Clark faces numerous indictments in Barnstable Superior Court.
