JACKSON, John W, 28,129 Precinct St., Lakeville; from an arrest on August 15 by Middleboro police,Jackson was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a police officer.Jackson was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 28 for pretrialconference.

CROCKER, Richard V, 54,39 Peaceful Lane, Wareham; from an arrest on August 15 by Wareham police,Crocker was arraigned on a charge of possession of Class B drug, crack cocaine.Crocker was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 28 for pretrialconference.

PARKER, Abel G, 22,81 Manomet Ave., Manomet;  from acomplaint issued July 15 by Wareham police in connection with a domesticincident at 3 Ames Island Rd., Parker was arraigned on a charge of assault andbattery. Parker is due back in court in September for a pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

WALLACE, Andrew, 24,13 Snowfield Rd., Mattapoisett; from an arrest on June 19, 2010 by Marionpolice, Wallace was found not guilty on a charge of OUI.

SUMNER, Cameron, 18,164 Main St., Carver, and VIGLIOTI,Michael, 18, 33 Cherry St., Plymouth; charges of larceny from a person weredismissed, without prejudice, by the Commonwealth.
