HAGERTY, Lee M, 40, 130 Scudder Ave, Hyannis; Class E drug possession, tramadol, August 17 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 14.  According to police reports, Hagerty was stopped for outstanding warrants ("heroin possession and shoplifting"), and was in possession of forty-seven tramadol pills prescribed to someone else.  Hagerty stated she did not know who owned the pills.  She was arrested.

STANLEY, Shaun, 23, 10 Meadow Wood Ln, E. Falmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, June 2 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 13.  

DISPOSITIONS

ANDREWS, Cedric A, 20, 41 Barrows Rd, E. Falmouth; assault & battery, August 26 2005 in E. Falmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Thirty days house of correction, concurrent @0589CR955(A).  Committed.

WOMBLE, Heather A, 20,19 Shaw Rd., Carver; from an arrest on August 16 by Carver police, Womble wasarraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a knife,assault to murder and larceny under $250. According to the police report,Womble allegedly stabbed the victim during an altercation. Bail was to bedetermined later in the day for Womble's appearance on September 15 for pretrialconference.

SULLIVAN, Ashley A, 20,17 Briggs Ave., Plymouth; from a complaint issued on July 26 by Plymouthpolice, Sullivan was arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250 in connectionwith the alleged theft of a car radio and change stolen from a vehicle onLincoln Ave.

JAMES, Christopher, 22,113 Lake Ave., E. Wareham; from a complaint issued August 5, James wasarraigned on charges of breaking and entering, daytime for felony. According tothe police report, James was identified from a photo taken of the alleged thiefas he rode away from the scene of the crime on a bicycle.

DISPOSITIONS

MCGOUGH, Kayla M, 29Dinah's Way, Wareham and CASEY, Adam D, 116 Laureston St., Brockton; from a complaint issued on February 15 by Warehampolice, charges of possession of a counterfeit note were dismissed with paymentof court costs of $100.

MORRISON, Timothy, 20,6 Burgee Lane, Wareham; from an arrest on December 6, 2010, charges of unarmedburglary, destruction of property over $250, larceny of a building and larcenyover $250 were dismissed without prejudice on a defense motion to suppressevidence.
