LINDBERG, same.  Ten counts, statutory rape of a child under 16; enticing a child under 16; assault & battery on a person 14 or over; violating an abuse prevention order, March 1 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 16.  Bail set at ten thousand dollars cash.  No contact with victim.

CHEEK, same.  Assault & battery; assault with a dangerous weapon, a lit cigarette; intimidating a witness, August 24 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 15. 

CRUICKSHANK, Scott E, 42, 31 Highland Rd, Wareham; three counts, breaking into a depository; four counts, destruction of property over $250; three counts, larceny under $250; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; two counts, breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes; two counts, larceny from a building, April 23 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 20.  According to police reports, Cruickshank is a suspect in five B&Es at the Cape Point and Red Jacket motels, and the Riviera Beach, Cape Codder and Blue Water resorts.  Cruickshank was captured on digital video surveillance "of excellent quality" at one location prying open video game cash boxes with a screwdriver.  Cruickshank is denoted in the report as a "strong suspect" in a number of other crimes still under investigation.

JAMES, Jasmine N, 21, 14 Holly Farm Dr, Mashpee; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of property damage, December 18 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 13.

Wareham; from an arrest on August 22 by Warehampolice, Donovan was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property,disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and breaking and entering/nighttimefor felony. Bail was set at $1,000 cash for Donovan's appearance on September22 for pretrial conference.

TOOHEY, Billy J, 28,105 Ring Road, Plympton, and BLAISDELL,Heidi P, 30, 125 Lakeshore Dr., Duxbury; from an arrest on August 23, thepair was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering, daytime for felony,larceny under $250, malicious destruction of property over $250, conspiracy,and possession of Class C drug. Bail was set at $2,500 cash for Toohey whileBlaisdell was released on her own recognizance to appear in court for apretrial conference. Court records indicate Toohey has a "do not bail" holdfrom a probation warrant out of Plymouth District Court.  According to the police report, Toohey andBlaisdell were identified by witnesses in connection with the alleged theft ofcopper pipe from an unoccupied dwelling.

LOMASNEY, Paul C, 47,27 Claudia St., Wareham; from an arrest on August 23 by Wareham police,Lomasney was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motorvehicle, and  failure to yield at intersection.Pretrial conference was scheduled for October 24.

SPRUNK, Joseph A Jr, 60,19 Meadowlark Dr., Wareham; from an arrest on August 23 by Wareham police,Sprunk was arraigned on charges of OUI 3rd offense, childendangerment while OUI, resisting arrest and two counts of child under 8 with nocar seat. Sprunk was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 7for pretrial conference.

ROY, Jill M, 29,29 W. Central Ave. 3rd fl., Onset; from a complaint issued August 3by Middleboro police, Roy was arraigned on a charge of uttering a falseprescription. Roy is due back in court on September 27.

ORCUTT, Logan P, 19,LKA 12 State St., E. Wareham; from a complaint issued August 23 by Warehampolice, Orcutt was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering, daytime forfelony, larceny from a building and malicious destruction of property over $250in connection with the alleged theft of assorted electronic equipment valued atapproximately $1,000 from a Bodfish Avenue home. Orcutt was released on his ownrecognizance to appear on Octobers 24 for pretrial conference.
