ARRAIGNMENTS

WATTERSON, Amanda, 24, 7 Robinhood Rd., Wareham; from a complaint issued July 13 by Wareham police, Watterson was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property and larceny under $250 by false pretense. According to the police report, Watterson allegedly sold an iPhone to Gateway Gold and Pawn that had been left on the counter at Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street by a customer. Pretrial conference was scheduled for October 18.

BENNETT, Randy R, 48, 164 Main St., Wareham; from an arrest on August 26 by Wareham police, Bennett was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering in a building, nighttime for felony, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $250 for Bennett's appearance on September 26 for pretrial conference. According to the report, Wareham police were dispatched to Swift's Beach Rd. for a report that a man had kicked in the door of a residence and entered, awakening the resident who called the police. Upon arrival, police found Bennett sitting at a picnic table in the backyard of the home. Bennett was taken into custody.

ARRAIGNMENTS

RICHMAN, Michael A, 20, 21 Alderberry Rd., Buzzards Bay; from a complaint issued July 26 by Wareham police, Richman was arraigned on charges of unarmed burglary and larceny from a building. Richman was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 13 for pretrial conference.

ARRUDA, liana R, 20, 5 Bartelli Rd., Lakeville; from a complaint issued August 2 by Lakeville police, Arruda was arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, identity fraud and forgery of a document.  Pretrial conference was scheduled for August 31.

MEDEIROS, Michael, 34, 34 Standish Ave., E. Wareham; from a complaint issued August 3 by Wareham police, Medeiros was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250 in connection with a domestic incident where it was alleged that Medeiros smashed a window. Medeiros was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 26 for pretrial conference.

GONZALEZ, Luis, 52, 94 Park Ave., E. Wareham; from an arrest on August 21 by Wareham police, Gonzalez was arraigned on charges of OUI 2nd offense, marked lane violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $1,000.

GOULART, Karin A, 28, 711 W. Falmouth Highway Apt. 3, Falmouth; from a complaint issued August 3 by Wareham police, Goulart was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250 in connection with the alleged theft of $289 worth of merchandise from Walmart. Goulart was released on her own recognizance to appear on October 13 for pretrial conference.

BEATRICE, Joseph L, 31, 27 East St. Apt. 2, Mansfield; Beatrice was picked up by Carver police on an arrest warrant and arraigned on charges of unarmed robbery and conspiracy in connection with the robbery of the Eagle Gas Station in Carver on November 22, 2010 in which $1,400 in cash and 2 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes were taken. There are two other co-defendants in the case.

ARRAIGNMENTS

DONOVAN, William A, 24, 3132 Cranberry Highway #24, E. Wareham; from an arrest on August 22 by Wareham police, Donovan was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and breaking and entering/nighttime for felony. Bail was set at $1,000 cash for Donovan's appearance on September 22 for pretrial conference.

TOOHEY, Billy J, 28, 105 Ring Road, Plympton, and BLAISDELL, Heidi P, 30, 125 Lakeshore Dr., Duxbury; from an arrest on August 23, the pair was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering, daytime for felony, larceny under $250, malicious destruction of property over $250, conspiracy, and possession of Class C drug. Bail was set at $2,500 cash for Toohey while Blaisdell was released on her own recognizance to appear in court for a pretrial conference. Court records indicate Toohey has a "do not bail" hold from a probation warrant out of Plymouth District Court.  According to the police report, Toohey and Blaisdell were identified by witnesses in connection with the alleged theft of copper pipe from an unoccupied dwelling.

LOMASNEY, Paul C, 47, 27 Claudia St., Wareham; from an arrest on August 23 by Wareham police, Lomasney was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and  failure to yield at intersection. Pretrial conference was scheduled for October 24.

SPRUNK, Joseph A Jr, 60, 19 Meadowlark Dr., Wareham; from an arrest on August 23 by Wareham police, Sprunk was arraigned on charges of OUI 3rd offense, child endangerment while OUI, resisting arrest and two counts of child under 8 with no car seat. Sprunk was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 7 for pretrial conference.

ROY, Jill M, 29, 29 W. Central Ave. 3rd fl., Onset; from a complaint issued August 3 by Middleboro police, Roy was arraigned on a charge of uttering a false prescription. Roy is due back in court on September 27.

ORCUTT, Logan P, 19, LKA 12 State St., E. Wareham; from a complaint issued August 23 by Wareham police, Orcutt was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering, daytime for felony, larceny from a building and malicious destruction of property over $250 in connection with the alleged theft of assorted electronic equipment valued at approximately $1,000 from a Bodfish Avenue home. Orcutt was released on his own recognizance to appear on Octobers 24 for pretrial conference.

ARRAIGNMENTS

FERNANDES, Gerald A, 68, 14 Pierceville Rd., W. Wareham; from an arrest on August 22 by Wareham police, Fernandes was arraigned on a charge of possession of Class B drug. According to the police report, officers found one oxycodone pill when searching Fernandes pursuant to taking him into protective custody for being intoxicated in public. Pretrial conference was scheduled for October 18.

DISPOSITIONS

MATEUS, Christina M, 32, 120 A Gibbs Ave., Wareham; from an arrest on February 20, Mateus admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of OUI. Her case was continued without a finding with probation to February 21, 2012. Mateus was ordered by the court to participate in an alcohol program, pay $65 per month probation fee, and forfeit her license for 45 days.

RICHARD, James lll, 22, 15 Purchase St., Middleboro; from an arrest on March 28 by Middleboro police, Richard admitted to sufficient facts to a charge of OUI. The court continued the case without a finding to August 24, 2012 with probation. Richard was ordered to pay $65 per month probation fee, $600 in additional fees and assessments and give up his license for 45 days.

COBBS, Jeannette M, 35, 14 Barrows St., Middleboro; from a complaint issued June 10 by Middleboro police, Cobbs entered a guilty plea to a charge of shoplifting by asportation from a shoplifting incident at Benny's. Cobbs was sentenced to one year house of correction, suspended with probation to May 8, 2013.

JOHNSON, Sean P, 21, UNKNOWN ADDRESS, Middleboro; from an arrest on June 14 by Middleboro police, Johnson admitted to sufficient facts to charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a suspended registration. The court continued the case without a finding with probation to August 21, 2012. Johnson was ordered to attend a program, give up his license for 45 days, pay $65 per month probation fee as well as $600 in additional fees and assessments.

FARRAR, Zachary, 17, 126 Congress St., Apt. 123, Pembroke; from a complaint issued July 22, Farrar was arraigned on charges of 3 counts breaking and entering in a vehicle, nighttime for felony, larceny under $250 and larceny over $250 in connection with alleged theft of several items from automobiles on Standish St., Claremont Rd., Cypress Rd., and Valley St. in Pembroke. Farrar was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 7 for pretrial conference.

RICHARD, Harold M., 52, 232 Carver Rd., Plymouth; from a complaint issued July 14 by Plymouth police, Richard was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating while license suspended for OUI and open container in vehicle. Richard was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 27 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

SULLIVAN, John, 15 Langlee Rd., Hingham; from an arrest on July 5 by Plymouth police, Sullivan was found not guilty after a bench trial on charges of willfully obstructing an emergency vehicle and OUI.

RHODES, Jeremiah, 22, 123 Forest Ave. Ext., Plymouth; from an arrest on May 29 by Plymouth police, Rhodes was found not guilty after a bench trial on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

FAILED TO APPEAR

CAMPBELL, Randy S., 16B Algonquin Terrace, Plymouth; Campbell was due in court on August 23 for pretrial conference on a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older. Campbell failed to appear, a default warrant was issued.

ARRAIGNMENTS

MOHAMED, Ahmed, 31, 80 Carver Rd., Plymouth; from an arrest on August 23 by Plymouth police, Mohamed was arraigned on charges of assault and threatening to commit a crime (to murder) in connection with a domestic incident. Mohamed was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 6 for pretrial conference.

SHEDD, Robert C, 32, 57 Pearl St., Plymouth; from an arrest on August 23 by Plymouth police, Shedd was arraigned on charges of OUI 2nd offense, speeding and marked lane violation. Pretrial conference was scheduled for October 12.

BULGER, Thomas J, 17, 42 Hamilton Dr., Pembroke; from a complaint issued July 22 by Pembroke police, Bulger was arraigned on 3 counts of breaking and entering in a vehicle, larceny over $250 and larceny under $250 in connection with several vehicle break-ins back in June. Bulger was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 7 for pretrial conference.

HOWLAND, Samuel E, 18, 29 Strand Ave., Plymouth; from an arrest on August 23 by Plymouth police, Howland was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building and malicious destruction of property over $250 in connection with the alleged theft of a gum ball machine from a Manomet business. According to the police report, Howland claimed he only took 1 gum ball from the machine after allegedly smashing it open with a rock. Pretrial conference was scheduled for October 14.

FIGUEROA, Paul P, 43, 136 Algonquin Terrace, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 24, bail was set at Figueroa’s arraignment today at $2500 cash on a charge of domestic assault and battery. According to the police report, Figueroa allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat and started to strangle her. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 15.

CAHILL, Robert A, 32, 34 Brook St., Kingston; from an arrest on June 27 by Pembroke police, Cahill was arraigned on charges of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage and marked lane violation. Cahill was released on his own recognizance to appear on October 5 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

PACHECO, Kenneth, 67, 1 Lynnfield Lane, Mattapoisett; from a complaint issued March 24, Pacheco was found not guilty after a bench trial on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery to intimidate.

MACCONNELL, Grant L., 27, 181 Bourne Rd., Plymouth; from a complaint issued July 25 by Plymouth police, MacConnell plead guilty to charges of domestic assault and battery, threatening to commit a crime, malicious destruction of a motor vehicle and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. MacConnell was sentenced to 1 year house of correction suspended for 2 years with probation to August 23, 2013.

MCSORLEY, Leo R, 33, 115 Franklin St., Marshfield; McSorley admitted to sufficient facts to charges of OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The case was continued without a finding with probation to August 23, 2012, 45 day loss of license, $65 per month probation fee and $350 in fees and assessments.

ARRAIGNMENTS

VECCHI, Joshua, 20, 30 Standish Court., and ZUBERER, Jeffrey Z, 21, 440 Lunn’s Way, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 22 by Plymouth police, Vecchi and Zuberer were arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property over $250 and possession of Class B drug, Percocet’s, in connection with the alleged theft of 2 mountain bikes valued at $1200 from the parking lot of Papa Gino’s on Samoset St. Both men were released on their own recognizance to appear in September for pretrial conference.

CORBETT, Thomas M, 47, 115 Scranton Ave., #226, Falmouth; from an arrest on August 22 by Duxbury police, Corbett was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Corbett is due back in court on October 13 for pretrial conference.

FORTES, Mark J, 40, 205 Schoosett St., Pembroke; from an arrest on August 19 by Pembroke police, Fortes was held on $1000 cash bail at his arraignment on charges of domestic assault and battery and witness intimidation. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 20.

SHEBECO, Melinda, 40, 6 Colebrook Blvd., Whitman; from an arrest on August 22 by Marshfield police, Shebeco was arraigned on charges of OUI 2nd offense, lights violation, marked lane violation, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. Shebeco was released on her own recognizance to appear on October 3 for pretrial conference.

NEE, Joline, 22, 11 Ford St., Marshfield; from an arrest on August 19 by Marshfield police, Nee was arraigned on charges of OUI/drugs, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violation. Nee was released on her own recognizance to appear on October 4 for pretrial conference.

WHITE, Dorothy E, 60, 100 Columbia Circle, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 21, White was arraigned on charges including 2 counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle), disturbing the peace and reckless operation. Pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 6.

AMARAL, Joseph, 32, 50 Dundee Dr., Marshfield; from an arrest on August 20 by Marshfield police, Amaral was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Amaral was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 29 for pretrial conference.

MARSHALSEA, Daniel R, 17, Myles Standish State Forest, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 22 by Plymouth police, Marshalsea was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering in a vehicle/boat for felony. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 27.

DINATALE, Angelica, 18, 11 Cordage Terrace, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 21 by Plymouth police, Dinatale was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, shod foot.  Dinatale is due back in court on October 13 for pretrial conference.

AULD, Richard, 24, 6 Wall Wind Dr., Plymouth; from an arrest on August 21, Auld was arraigned on a charge of possession of class B drug, oxycotin. A default warrant was issued as Auld left the courtroom prior to the case being called.

JORDAN, David W, 3A Forest Ave., Plymouth; from a complaint issued July 5 by Plymouth police, Jordan was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property over $250 and larceny over $250 by false pretense in connection with the recovery of stolen jewelry valued at $2100 from local pawn shops. Bail was set at $3000 cash for Jordan’s appearance on September 211 for pretrial conference.

DISPOSITIONS

SULLIVAN, Galen, 39, 16 Edgewood Rd., Carver; from an arrest on March 6, charges of rape and 3 counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over were DISMISSED at the request of the Commonwealth. The victim refused to testify.

WESTGATE, Scott A, 50, homeless; from a complaint issued May 2 by Plymouth police, Westgate plead guilty to a charge of assault and battery on a disabled person, over 60. Westgate was sentenced to 1 year house of correction, 100 days deemed served, balance suspended, probation to August 17, 2013, and attend anger management classes.

STEWART, Earl A, 22, 16 Lady Slipper Dr., Plymouth; from an arrest on March 22, charges of OUI/drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation and possession of Class D drug were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth for lack of evidence.

ARRAIGNMENTS

LERNER, Joshua, 19, 9 Nickerson Rd., Plymouth; from an arrest on August 18 by Plymouth police, Lerner was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation in connection with the alleged theft of numerous packs of Pokémon cards valued at $50.00. Lerner was released on his own recognizance to appear on September 29 for pretrial conference.

CAPPADONA, Paul J, 36, 30 Copeland St. Apt. 5, Quincy; from an arrest on August 19 by Bourne State Police, Cappadona was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a public employee, trespassing on state/county property, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. According to the police report state police responding to a report of a pedestrian on Rt. 3 near exit 2 found Cappadona lying in the grass in the median strip with a bottle of Bud resting between his thighs. When asked by the officer what he was doing, Cappadona allegedly responded “just chillin”. When the officer attempted to pat frisk Cappadona for “officer safety”, a struggle ensued requiring the officer to spray Cappadona with mace. Today in court, Cappadona posted $500 bail for his appearance on September 21 for a pretrial conference.

HAUGH, Shelah, 34, 23 Dartmouth St., Halifax; from a complaint issued July 2 by Plymouth police, Haugh was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and battery and witness intimidation in connection with an incident at 711 Rocky Hill Rd. Haugh was released on her own recognizance to appear on October 5 for pretrial conference.

HARRINGTON, Joshua M, 38, 138 Summer St., Apt. 2F1, Plymouth; from a complaint issued July 14 by Plymouth police, Harrington was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250 in connection with the recovery of a stolen kayak valued at $850. Pretrial conference was scheduled for September 28.

CEURVELS, Paul, 45, 75 Monitor Rd., Marshfield; from an arrest on August 19 by Norwell State Police, Ceurvels was arraigned on charges of OUI and marked lane violation. Pretrial conference was scheduled for October 5.

BUXTON, David L, 52, 50 Russell St., Apt. 2C, Plymouth; from an arrest on August 20 by Plymouth police, Buxton was held without bail at his arraignment on charges of OUI 4th offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and open container. A dangerousness hearing was scheduled for August 24.
