MULLANEY, Ryan J, 21, 10 Millenium Ln, N. Eastham; assault with a dangerous weapon, a machete, May 3 in Eastham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 20.  According to police reports, two Eastham officers confronted Mullaney who was yelling and waving a machete in the air in a "combative manner."  The officers held Mullaney at gunpoint.  He surrendered the machete and was arrested.

SILVA, Patrick A, 51, 95 Shore Rd, N. Truro; Class B drug possession, August 10 in Truro.  Pretrial probation until March 2 2012.

DIGREGORIO, Donna J, 50, 165 Cranberry Hollow Rd, Wellfleet; assault & battery, August 19 in Wellfleet.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until September 4 2012.

ENGLER, Barbara M, 52, 330 W. 28th St, New York NY; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, August 4 in Dennis.  Dismissed.

GESSNER, Jennifer G, 43, 935 Commercial St, Apt 14, Provincetown; OUI liquor; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; speeding; registration not in possession, August 19 in Provincetown.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program. Continued without a finding, probation until September 4 2012. Assault & battery, negligent operation both dismissed.  Speeding, no registration, both not recorded.

SHEEHY, Elizabeth E, 45, 113 South St, Harwich; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; miscellaneous municipal ordinance/bylaw violation, June 10 in Dennis.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  OUI, negligent operation:  24D program.  Continued without a finding until September 4 2012.  Bylaw violation, not responsible.
