ARRAIGNMENTS

CURRIE, Rochelle E, 23, 300 Buck Island Rd, Apt 6C, Yarmouth; assault & battery; destruction of property under $250, September 3 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 4.

DIDICK, Kevin W, 30, 155 Myrtle St, Wrentham; carrying a dangerous weapon, brass knuckles; disorderly conduct, September 4 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 29.

GIAMPAPA, Michael, 20, 55 Lakefield Rd, S. Yarmouth; two counts, assault to murder while armed with a firearm; firearm violation with one prior violent/drug crime; unlawfully carrying or possessing a firearm; unlawful possession of a firearm or ammunition, August 29 in Yarmouth.  Dangerousness hearing scheduled for September 8.  According to police reports, Yarmouth officers were dispatched to the American Host Motel after a report of shots fired and gunshot victims.   They found two men on the pavement outside the motel, surrounded by a screaming crowd.  One victim could speak and gave an account of the shootings.  He stated that he and the other man shot had come to the American Host to collect on a debt.  Giampapa, outside the relevant apartment was smoking a cigarette.  Words were exchanged.  Giampapa ran up the stairs.  He returned with a loaded blue steel 38-caliber revolver.  A fight for the gun ended with multiple shots and Giampapa fleeing shirtless and on foot.  One victim ID'd Giampapa from a Yarmouth police photo array.  On September 2, members of the Yarmouth and Plymouth Police Departments, together with the Massachusetts State Police CPAP Unit converged on the Governor Bradford Motel in Plymouth.  A trooper identified Giampapa in the rear parking lot.  He was arrested without incident.

GIAMPAPA, same.  Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin, August 29 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 8.  According to police reports, illegal drugs and materials related to drug sale and use were found at the American Host Motel following the shooting denoted above @GIAMPAPA, including six grams of heroin valued at $600 total; two digital scales, five hundred plastic baggies, approximately $3,000 cash and an Acer laptop computer.

GORTZ, Cameron J, 17, 15 Kerry Dr, Marstons Mills; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; learner's permit violation; person under 21 in possession of alcohol, September 2 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 27.

GREENE, Nicole, 25, 42 Flicker Ln, W. Yarmouth; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; no sticker, September 2 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 4.

HEIDENRICH, Jessica K, 30, 75 Norfolk St, Cambridge; OUI liquor, second offense; failure to stop/yield, September 2 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 4.
