HAYES, Jesse L, 42, 328 Old Main St, Apt Top, Yarmouth; larceny over $250, amended to larceny under $250; forgery of check; uttering a false check; larceny by check over $250; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes, September 7 2010 in Yarmouth.  Jury trial.  Forgery of check, uttering false check, breaking & entering all guilty finding.  Larceny of check over $250, dismissed.  Larceny of check under $250, not guilty.  One year, house of correction on first guilty count; same sentence, other two guilty counts concurrent with the first.

GREENE, Sarah M, 20, 96 Cinderella Terr, Marstons Mills; Class B drug possession, oxycodone, August 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial probation, continued for payment until March 7 2012.

VIERA, Russell W, 20, 32 Gen'l Patton Dr, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, suboxone; conspiracy to violate drug laws, September 7 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with Anthony Bonfiglio (separate docket not considered today).  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 28.  According to police reports, members of the Barnstable Police Department Street Crime Unit were conducting surveillance at the Hess gas station located at Route 28 and Bearse's Way.  This area is described in the report as of "great concern" to the BPD and to neighbors, with many reports of alleged illegal drug transactions.  Officers observed Viera and co-defendant Bonfiglio effecting a hand-to-hand exchange, Viera seated in a sedan outside the gas station and Bonfiglio next to the car.  A Barnstable County Sheriff's Deputy found sixty (60) oxycodone pills on Viera's person, as well as $2,261 in cash.  Both were arrested.

ELDRIDGE, Lawrence F, 50, 1161 W. Barnstable Rd, Marstons Mills; OUI liquor, August 12 in Barnstable.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  24D program:  probation until September 7 2012.

SPAULDING, Edward, 47, 195 Club Valley Dr, Falmouth; receiving stolen property over $250, October 29 2010 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  One year house of correction, committed.  $345.00 restitution to be paid today.
