COOK, James H, 21, 168 Rte 6A, Sandwich; OUI liquor; marked lanes violation; speeding, September 10 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 5.

KUBACKI, Brian, 43, 16 Huckins Neck Rd, Centerville; OUI liquor, third offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of property damage; marked lanes violation, September 10 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 12.

MATTOCKS, Adam J, 30, 19322 Manor Pt, Huntington Beach CA; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; larceny from a building; vandalizing property, September 12 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 14.

MONROE, Matthew L, 21, 189 Hinckley Rd, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, Percocet, September 9 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 12.  According to police reports, a state trooper conducting RMV checks of random vehicles on Route 28 in Barnstable ran the plates of a white Mercury Cougar.  It had no inspection status.  The officer had Monroe stand outside the vehicle with his hands visible after noting a sheathed knife under his shirt.  Monroe was unable to provide identification or the vehicle's registration.  He directed the officer to the center console in search of the registration.  The officer found a white plastic baggie within, containing an unknown quantity of blue pills.  Monroe was arrested.

PERRY, Jimmy L, 21, 8 Shootflying Hill Rd, W. Barnstable; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin, September 10 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 12.

PETRINO, Robert R, 21, Class A drug possession, heroin, September 10 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 7.   According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to the D'Agostino's men's room at the Cape Cod Mall, where there have been "ongoing problems with illegal drug activity."  Petrino was arrested in the men's room for possessing a vial with heroin residue.

PRICE, Daniel P, 35, 23 Bettys Path, W. Yarmouth; assault & battery; vandalizing property, September 9 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 12.

DEMAYO, Maria T, 49, 95 North Winds Ln, W. Barnstable; assault & battery, June 18 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 11 2012.

FRAZIER, Stephanie M, 28, 49 High St, Assonet; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, August 7 in Yarmouth.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment, probation until September 11 2012.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, recorded.

GOLDMAN, Daniel J, 43, 3030 Cranberry Hwy, Apt 22, E. Wareham; OUI liquor, third offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; open container violation, February 24 in Barnstable.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Two years, six months house of correction, six months to be served, balance suspended; committed.  Continued for payment, probation until September 11 2014.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Open container, not recorded.

HOLMES, William D, 48, 146 St. Francis Cir, Hyannis; assault with a dangerous weapon, July 4 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  One year house of correction, suspended.  Probation until September 11 2013.

PANNOZZO, Paul G, 42, 424 Haybale Ct, Fuquay VA; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating with a license suspended for OUI; marked lanes violation, June 24 in Yarmouth.  OUI, license suspended for OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  One year house of correction on each count, both sentences suspended until September 13 2013.  Continued for payment, probation until September 13 2013.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, not recorded.

SAUNDERS, Rohan W, 40, 195 Fuller Rd, Centerville; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; intimidating a witness; threatening to commit a crime, July 3 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.

WASHINGTON, Justin L, 35, 260 Oak Neck Rd, Hyannis; assault & battery; destruction of property over $250; intimidating a witness, May 8 in Barnstable.  All counts dismissed.

WRIGHT, Joseph J, 31, 91 Rte 28, Apt 10, W. Yarmouth; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; assault & battery, March 20 in Yarmouth.  Both counts dismissed.

YOUNG, Marcel, 34, 433 Adams St, Dorchester; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; Class D drug possession; vandalizing property; disorderly conduct, April 11 2010 in Yarmouth.  All counts dismissed.

YOUNG, Stephen O, 27, 60B Hunt Rd, Kingston; assault with a dangerous weapon; disorderly conduct, August 17 in Barnstable.  Assault, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 10 2012.  Disorderly conduct, dismissed.
