LOPES, Isaiah, 19, 12 Nicholas Drive, Wareham; shoplifting (Liquor Barn), false/misuse of aLiquor ID/ License, possession of alcohol on a person under 21 years of age onSeptember 13 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for October 19.

LOPES, John G,23, 51 Orchard Road, Mashpee; possession of a firearm without an FID card onAugust 31 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for October 18.

MORISSETTE, Erin M,27, no permanent residency; assault and battery on a disabled personwith injury, larceny under $250 on September 12 in Bourne. Hearing scheduledfor October 19.  Morissette is alleged to have argued with her on again/off again boyfriend over cigarettes and trashed his room searching for some. According to the police report, the victim, who is disabled, withheld homemade cigarettes from Morrissette's reach and she in turn dragged him from his bed and assaulted him. She is then alleged to have taken money from his pocket and left the residence. A warrant has been issued by the Falmouth District Court.
