ARRAIGNMENTS

ANTONE, Manuel J, 42, 114 Carriage Shop Rd, Falmouth; entering a dwelling at nighttime for felonious purposes; disturbing the peace; resisting arrest; trespassing; Class B drug possession, oxycodone; Class D drug possession, subsequent offense, isobutyl nitrate ("poppers"), September 22 in Provincetown.  Pretrial conference scheduled for September 30.  According to police reports, Antone saw a key in the door of a building near Cottage Street sometime before 4:49 AM.  Antone stated he "thought it was meant for him to go inside."  Interviews with residents indicated Antone may have done construction work for one person, but had no other dealings with him.  Antone was arrested for breaking & entering at night to commit a felony.  He began to flail and scream.  He continued this during his escort to booking.  The drugs were discovered in a search of Antone's property.

CUDDY, James L, 30, 84 Witchwood Rd, S. Yarmouth; receiving a stolen motor vehicle, September 22 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 14.

DISPOSITIONS

LOPES, Danielle A, 23, 463 Main St, Harwich; Class B drug possession, November 12 2010 in Harwich.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Final disposition:  probation terminated.  Dismissed.  Defendant discharged.
