BLANCHETTE, Michael T, 43, 54 Sea St. Ext, Apt 30, Hyannis; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; open container violation; miscellaneous equipment violation, September 26 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 25.

CLAUDIO, Scott S, 21, 77 Winter St, Hyannis; larceny from a person, September 22 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 25.  According to police reports, Claudio met the victim at the British Beer Company (BBC).  The latter bought the former some drinks, saying Claudio "seemed like he was OK."  The two left the establishment and walked down Main Street Hyannis, then behind the Sew What store.  Claudio "sucker-punched" the victim as he was relieving himself, grabbed the victim's wallet and ran off.  A witness driving in the area confirmed the victim's account of the struggle.  The witness  followed Claudio in the vehicle, then confronted him:  "Why don't you just give him back the wallet?"  Claudio allegedly replied, "that guy owes me and my mother money for drugs.  That guy is just an illegal Mexican immigrant, it does not matter."  Claudio then ran off.  A bartender confirmed the two had been present at the BBC, seemed to know one another and "were from Boston."  Claudio was identified based on witness descriptions and was arrested.

GONSALVES, Demetrius, 45, 59 Viking Dr, Dennis; indecent assault & battery on a person 14 or over; kidnapping; assault & battery; vandalizing property, September 26 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 27.

MARA, Courtney C, 20, 84 Ocean Ave, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, an aluminum baseball bat, September 26 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for October 25.

Yarmouth; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; motor vehicle lights violation, September 18 in Barnstable.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 25 2012.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Lights violation, recorded.

MAHLER, William K, 43, 17 Gen'l Patton Dr, Barnstable; assault on a 60+/disabled person; two counts, assault & battery, June 14 in Barnstable.  One count, assault & battery, dismissed.  Assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person, assault & battery both guilty plea.  Both guilty finding.  One year house of correction, ninety days to be served, balance suspended until September 25 2012.  Sixty-eight days credit; committed.

MORIN, Seth D, 20, 52 Haverford Rd, Warwick RI; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute; conspiracy to violate drug laws, May 28 in Barnstable.  Possession with intent to distribute, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 25 2012.  Conspiracy, dismissed. 

RICE, John E, 44, 325 Long Pond Rd, Marstons Mills; OUI liquor & serious injury; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, November 26 2010 in Barnstable.  OUI & serious injury, dismissed.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Two-year loss of license; six months, house of correction, suspended.  Negligent operation, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment, probation until September 25 2012.  Marked lanes, not recorded.

TALBOT, Matthew S, 46, 8 Norton Rd, Yarmouth; assault; threatening to commit a crime, July 14 in Yarmouth.  Both counts dismissed.

THOMPSON, Ashley L, 21, 32 Flicker Ln, W. Yarmouth; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, heroin; conspiracy to violate drug laws, May 9 in Barnstable.  Nolle prosequi, both counts.  Defendant indicted and arraigned in Superior Court.

VANREEL, Dalton N, 41, 11 Fresh Holes Rd, Hyannis; assault & battery, intimidating a witness, May 5 in Barnstable.  Both counts dismissed.

WOODS, Alan W, 50, 6 Bliscott Ave, Yarmouth; assault & battery, July 31 in Yarmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment, probation until June 26 2012.

CUMMINGS, Skylar A,17, 180 Main Street , Falmouth; destruction of property over $250, assault andbattery on August 25 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for October 26. Accordingto police reports, Cummings and a group of friends waved down a Domino's pizzadelivery driver. Thinking they needed help, the driver stopped the car.Cummings approached the open window and punched the driver in the face and whenthe driver attempted to call 911, Cummings punched her hand through the vehicle'sback window, according to police. Cummings told the responding officer that afriend of hers was killed on the road recently and that she was angered by thepizza delivery person driving too fast. Cummings admitted to punching thedriver and the driver's back window.
