DASILVA, Luciano, 27, 67 Sea St, I1, Hyannis; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; trespassing, September 14 2009 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for November 21.

FRAGA, Kevin S, 18, 1851 Falmouth Rd Rte 28, Centerville; Class B drug possession, cocaine; larceny over $250; receiving stolen property over $250, November 14 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with FRAGA and BENTON.  Pretrial conference scheduled for December 15.  According to police reports, an officer on marked police car patrol received a report of two stolen bicycles.  The reporting party stated he had returned home in his truck, seen the two bicycles, a Trek mountain bike and a Diamond Back BMX bike next to his porch, looked again moments later to find both were gone.  The man drove around the area and spotted a male riding one bike, now spray-painted black.  He confronted him along with two other males.  They returned the one bicycle.  Officers located all three males in the area of Lambert's Field and West Main Street.  One was riding the second bicycle, also spray-painted black.  Fraga and his co-defendants were arrested.
