ARRAIGNMENTS

DYER, Ethan J, 17, 21 Green Meadow, Mashpee; carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds, a large silver folding knife; assault & battery; disturbing a school, September 28 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for December 28.  According to police reports, a Harwich officer assigned to Cape Cod Regional Technical High School heard a report of fighting in the school's automotive technology shop, and joined the acting Dean of Students there.  He found Dyer "punching a wall" and "snarling something unintelligible."  The dean informed the officer he would be escorting Dyer to the principal's office and asked him to secure the other individual involved, SWEEZEY (see below).  He was shaken, but uninjured.  Dyer was found with a knife in his possession.  The fistfight included an exchange of obscenities and racial slurs.  The instructor present said the shop was left "in an uproar."

SWEEZEY, Justin P, 17, 395 Stony Brook Rd, Brewster; disturbing a school; assault & battery, September 28 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for December 28.

BANIUKIEWICZ, Matthew, 27, 7 Thorny Ln, Holden; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, July 7 2009 in Brewster.  Final disposition:  probation terminated.  Defendant discharged.

DUBOIS, Claudia V, 48, 160 Steele Rd, N. Eastham; OUI liquor, second offense; reckless operation of a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of property damage; marked lanes violation, July 10 in Eastham.  OUI, reckless operation, both guilty plea.  Both guilty finding.  Ninety days house of correction, suspended two years.  Fourteen days inpatient.  Alcohol-free with screens.  Leaving the scene, dismissed.

MAININI, Helen L, 63, 58 Depot St, Dennisport; OUI liquor, November 12 2010 in Dennis.  Final disposition:  dismissed.  Defendant discharged.

MCGRATH, James D, 67, 265 Lothrop Ave, Harwich; OUI liquor, fourth offense, amended to second offense; trespassing with a motor vehicle, February 11 in Harwich.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Six months house of correction, suspended two years; fourteen days inpatient; probation until November 21 2013.  Alcohol-free for one year.  Trespassing, dismissed.

MONKIEWICZ, Mark E, 35, 50 Briggs Field Rd, Eastham; leaving the scene of property damage, August 9 in Eastham.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until November 21 2012.

PARENT, Matthew C, 28, 125 Bittersweet Farm Rd, Apt 266, Wellfleet; assault & battery; two counts, assault with a dangerous weapon, July 29 in Wellfleet.  All counts dismissed.

STEWARD, Calvin M, 30, 57 Cottonwood Rd, Harwich; assault & battery, September 30 in Chatham.  Jury trial.  Dismissed.

WARD, Christopher N, 39, 24 The Other Rd, Dennis Port; sex offender failure to register, March 4 2010 in Dennis.  Dismissed.

WILLIAMS, Colin R, 32, 2 Mallard Dr, Orleans; assault & battery; trespassing, July 29 in Wellfleet.  Both counts dismissed.

JONES, Shannon E, 35, 16 Jeffrey’s Path, Wareham; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, equipment violation on  October 18 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for December 7.

SARSFILED, Griffin C, 33, 19 Tri Town Circle, Mashpee; assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (foot), disturbing the peace, negligent operation of a motor vehicle on November 21 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for December 6.

STITES, Paul R, 30, 193 Kompass Drive, Falmouth; exhibit another’s license, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle on  October 18 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for January 9.

TENNEY, Robert J, 43, Rte 207, Sandwich; rape on November 14 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for December 8.

GODBOUT, Raymond H, 23, 13 Gray Street, Buzzards Bay; shoplifting on November 22 in Bourne. Dismissed upon payment received by December 21.

GOULART, Karin A, 28, 132 Homestead Lane, Falmouth; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license on September 7 in Bourne. Dismissed upon payment received by January 20 2012.

HARDING, Jamie M, 36, 227 Rte 130, Cataumet; possession of a Class D drug (marijuana), possession of a Class B drug (cocaine) on November 19 2010 in Mashpee. Continued without a finding until November 21 2012.

MONTELLA, Matthew D, 18, 9 Well Wood Road, Falmouth; distribution of a Class D drug (marijuana), drug violation near a school/park on May 12 in Falmouth. Probation until May 21 2012 and 20 hours of community service.

PESCO, Alberto  C, 24, 211 Sandwich Road, Falmouth; disorderly conduct on November 22 in Falmouth. Dismissed upon court costs.
