BACK, Renee J, 52, 42 Old Colony Way, Apt 10, Orleans; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, September 11 2010 in Orleans.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until November 27 2012, except marked lanes, not responsible.

BAKER, Suzanne, 45, 23 Bayport Rd, Harwich; larceny from a person 65+, February 18 in Harwich.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until November 27 2013.

DECOSTER, Joshua A, 31, 4 Eldridge Pond Rd, Harwich; conspiracy to violate drug laws, June 23 in Harwich.  To be dismissed if court costs/restitution paid by February 27 2012.

MACDONALD, Kim D, 52, 295 Hay Rd, Eastham; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, August 27 in Orleans.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Ninety days house of correction, suspended until November 27 2013.  Probation until November 27 2013.  Negligent operation, dismissed.

RUSAVAGE, Thomas V, 52, 260 Tanglewood Dr, Chatham; assault & battery, February 16 in Chatham.  Dismissed.

SPARKS, Kimberly J, 49, 111 Beechwood Dr, Cranston RI: operating a motor vehicle without a license, May 1 1988 in Orleans.  Dismissed.
