BELYICH, Elena N, 4, 93 Grove St, Hyannis; larceny of a motor vehicle, December 4 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 6 2012.

BORGES, Nathan D, 22, 797 Old Stage Rd, Centerville; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; improper operation of a motor vehicle; Class B drug  possession, Percocet, December 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 10 2012.

BROKOECHUK, Ilana, 20, 93 Grove St, Hyannis; larceny of a motor vehicle, December 4 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with BELYICH.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 6 2012.  According to police reports, an officer arriving on the scene of a car theft found two males speaking with an officer on the scene.  One man said, "those girls took my car."  He reported inviting both women back to his home after Embargo closed.  He emerged from his bathroom to find them gone with his dark-colored Toyota Camry.  He and the other male were able to block the women in the Camry with another car as police arrived.  Brokoechuk and Belyich were arrested.

DELANCEY, David G, 198 Strawberry Hill Rd, Hyannis; assault with a dangerous weapon, not specified, December 2 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 19 2012.  According to police reports, a Barnstable officer en route to UNO's Chicago Grill on Route 132 learned the initial report of armed robbery was mistaken.  Instead a man had left the bar, then returned with his green sweater pulled up around his mouth.  He displayed what appeared to be a handgun.  It was a toy handgun.  Delancey was identified by his bar receipt and arrested.  He alleges this was a "joke" and that the object he held was a corncob pipe.

DUNBAR, Talia F, 34, 350 W. Main St, Hyannis; two counts, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, police handcuffs; resisting arrest; disorderly conduct, December 2 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 18 2012.

EDERICKSON, Mark S, 8, homeless; assault & battery, December 2 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 10 2012.

JAWOWORSKI, Ashley J, 24, 351 Popponesset Rd, Cotuit; assault & battery on a police officer; vandalizing property; resisting arrest, December 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 13 2012.

PAWLOWSKI, Matthew P, 42, 2069 Main St, Marstons Mills; OUI liquor, second offense; license not in possession, December 4 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 13 2012.

THOMAS, Taryn, 26, 800 Bearse's Way, Apt 1WC, Hyannis; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a wooden stick with nails; assault & battery; possession of chemical Mace without an FID card, December 2 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 18 2012.

VALLEJO, Neftali, 30, 67 Sea St, Apt D4, Hyannis; assault & battery; intimidating a witness, December 3 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 6 2012.

DALEY, Shannon R, 38, 51 Shady Ln, Hyannis; two counts, shoplifting by asportation; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, November 2 in Barnstable.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  All counts, continued without a finding, continued for payment until June 4 2012. 

LITTLEFIELD, Peter P, 47, 785 Rte 28, Apt 3, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery, September 15 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

MCKEAND, Kelly A, 42, 5 Chaucer St, Sandwich; receiving stolen property over $250, July 4 in Sandwich.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Three months to serve, house of correction, concurrent @1059CR2941, both concurrent @1059CR3580.

MCKEAND, same.  Six counts, obtaining a drug by fraud, September 23 2010 in Barnstable.  Continued without a finding.  Count 1, three months house of correction to be served; committed (sic).

MONTEIRO, Robert F, 65, 8 Saltworks Ln, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; assault & battery, September 19 in Yarmouth.  Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.  Assault & battery, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment, probation until December 3 2012.

MORRIS, Joel M, 24, 434 Skinknet Rd, Centerville; assault & battery, September 28 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.
