ANTONE, Manuel J, 43, 114 Carriage Shop Rd, Falmouth; entering a dwelling at night for felonious purposes; disturbing the peace; resisting arrest; trespassing; Class B drug possession; two counts, Class D drug possession, subsequent offense, September 22 in Provincetown.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Entering a dwelling, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, all guilty finding.  Resisting arrest, one year house of correction, four months to be served, balance suspended until December 4 2012, seventy-six days credit; ninety days for DNA.  No contact with victim.  Stay away from victim and address.  Entering a dwelling, identical sentence, concurrent.  Disturbing the peace, filed.  All other counts dismissed.

CZECH, James E, 44, 49 Russell's Path, Brewster; assault & battery, September 16 in Brewster.  Jury trial.  Dismissed.

DESANTOS, Jennifer S, 19, 14 Mansfield Rd, Providence RI; conspiracy; accessory before the fact; conspiracy after the fact, December 5 in Harwich.  Co-defendant with MERCED and TORRES.  Dangerousness hearing scheduled for December 9.

HAWKINS, David C, 50, 386 Lower County Rd, Dennis Port; assault & battery, July 27 in Dennis.  Jury trial.  Dismissed.

LAWLOR, Margaret A, 46, 21 State Park Rd, Hull; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, May 11 in Provincetown.  Nolle prosequi, all counts.  No further information.

MERCED, Jesus D, 21, 255 Morin Heights Rd, Woonsocket RI; home invasion; assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person with injury; two counts, malicious destruction of property over $250; conspiracy, December 5 in Harwich.  Co-defendant with SOUZA and TORRES.  Dangerousness hearing scheduled for December 9.

SOUZA, Jordan D, 21, 106 John Joseph Rd, Harwich; assault with a dangerous weapon; breaking & entering a building for felonious purposes, March 29 in Harwich.  Both counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until June 5 2013.  Eighteeen months probation.  Stay away from victim.

TORRES, Jonathan T, 20, Damon Ave, Pawtucket;  conspiracy; accessory before the fact; conspiracy after the fact, December 5 in Harwich.  Co-defendant with MERCED and SOUZA.  Dangerousness hearing scheduled for December 9.
