BLAKE, Rhonda F, 26, 53 Lewis Rd, W. Yarmouth; unarmed robbery, December 15 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with NICKERSON (below) and PRATT.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 25 2012.

ELDREDGE, James R, 26, 11 White Path Ln, E. Falmouth; concealing a leased personalty; larceny under $250, December 13 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 27 2012.

FOLEY, Marissa S, 22, 51 Mill Rd, Sandwich; larceny over $250 by single scheme; receiving stolen property under $250, August 18 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 18 2o12.  According to police reports, Foley broke into two cars on Mill Rd, stealing an (unactivated) American Express card from one car, and an iPod, charger and a $200 pair of sunglasses from the other.  Foley was tracked by fraudulent card purchases at Surf's Up, Dunkin Donuts, C.B. Perkins Smoke Shop, a Shell gas station and Burger King.  Foley's purchases included lottery tickets and food.

GERMAIN, Karen, 27, 1676 S. County Rd, Marstons Mills; receiving stolen property over $250; Class B drug possession, cocaine, December 15 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 25 2012.

LEONE, Christopher P, 20, 20 Jacquiline Cir, W. Yarmouth; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone; person under 21 in possession of alcohol; open container violation, December 14 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 23 2012.

NICKERSON, Antoinette F, 52, 109 Blue Rock Rd, Yarmouth; unarmed robbery, December 15 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with BLAKE (above) and PRATT.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 25 2012.  According to police reports, Barnstable officers pulled over a 1997 red Dodge Neon for making two turns without signalling.  They found an open bottle of Maker's Mark on the floor of the vehicle.  The driver, Nickerson, and passengers, including BLAKE all forswore knowledge of the bourbon.  As the officer completed a citation, he was notified by dispatch of an unarmed robbery in the parking lot of Cape Cod Resort.  Nickerson and Blake fit the description of two of the perpetrators.  Both were arrested. 

ROWLAND, Daniel, 33, 56 Hawthorne St, Malden; two counts, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, hands/feet/etc; assault & battery, December 14 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for December 21. 

DISPOSITIONS 

ALVES, Heather E, 27, 54 Goldfinch Ln, Dennis; assault & battery; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, November 13 2010 in Barnstable.  Assault & battery, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment, probation until June 14 2012.  Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

BROWN, Michael C, 49, 38 Old Town Rd, Hyannis; attempted murder; assault & battery, June 28 in Barnstable.  Both counts dismissed.

CAPPOLA, Ryan J, assault & battery, June 3 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

HART, Megan, 20, 24 Center St, Apt B, Mashpee; shoplifting by concealing merchandise, December 14 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 15 2012.  Stay away from "Mary's Closet."

NAILOR, David M, 33, 69 Debbies Ln, Marstons Mills; violating an abuse prevention order, October 11 in Barnstable.  Jury trial.  Not guilty.

SNOWDEN, Nicholas M, 22, 233 Fawcett Ln, Hyannis; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, July 6 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.  Motion for return of seized property $4,000, allowed.

GOSSIC, Marci L, 37, 81 Sam Turner Road, Falmouth; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage

HOLWAY, Richard A, 56, 10 Cataumet Road, Sagamore Beach; destruction of property under $250, two counts assault with a dangerous weapon (rocks) on August 10 in Bourne. Accord and satisfaction filed.

LOPES-POCKNETT, Alexandra N, 24, 271 Head of the Bay Road, Buzzards Bay; possession of a Class A drug (heroin), distribution of a Class A drug, trafficking of heroin/morphine/opium on December 14 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for January 6 2012.

MAGIOGLIO, Lauren, 20, 15 Rosemary Road, Brewster; assault and battery on November 21 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for January 17 2012.

DaSILVA, Clayton, 24, 244 Trotting Park Road, Falmouth; marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, registration not in possession on December 1 in Falmouth. Dismissed upon payment of court costs.

JOHNSON, Shane A, 23, 263 Head of the Bay Road, Buzzards Bay; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license on August 22 in Bourne. Dismissed upon payment of court costs.

JOHNSON, Shane A, 23, 263 Head of the Bay Road, Buzzards Bay; assault and battery on August 30 in Bourne. Dismissed at the request of the victim.

LUX, Christian B, 33, 9 Thomas Avenue, Buzzards Bay;  unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle on November 22 in Bourne. Dismissed upon payment of court costs.

NADER, Brandon L, 24, 18 South Sandwich Road, Sandwich; indecent assault on May 11 in Falmouth. Continued without a finding until December 13 2013.

PECKHAM Sr, Dale, 38, 13 Fourth Avenue, Buzzards Bay; operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license on November 22 in Bourne. Dismissed upon payment .

WALSH Jr, Daniel J, 19, 40 Rainbow Ave, Falmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct on June 22 in Falmouth. Dismissed due to failure of the victim to cooperate.
