CARDINAL, Danielle C, 29, 45 Alves Ln, Wellfleet; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; Class B drug possession; passing violation, September 13 in Dennis.  Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, Class B possession, both guilty plea.  Both guilty finding.  Both filed.  Passing violation, not responsible.

DOHERTY, Kevin C, 34, 85 Hokum Rock Rd, Dennis; OUI liquor, September 21 2009 in Dennis.  Final disposition:  probation terminated.  Defendant discharged.

ELDRIDGE, Stephanie L, 22, 34 Airline Rd, S. Dennis; Class B drug possession; receiving stolen property over $250, August 13 in Dennis.  Both counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, probation until December 14 2012.

KILPATRICK, Sean R, 29, 167 Main St Rear, Harwich; Class A drug possession, November 1 in Harwich.  Dismissed.

READ, Arthur E, 49, 674 Commercial St, Provincetown; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, November 24 in Orleans.  OUI, negligent operation, both admitted to sufficient facts.  Both guilty finding.  24D program.  Probation until December 16 2013.   

SCHMIDT, Christopher M, 45, 28 Brook Rd, Plymouth; OUI liquor, August 5 2009 in Brewster.  Final disposition:  probation terminated.  Defendant discharged.
