ARRAIGNMENTS

PARETTI, Michael G, 31, 259 Seaway St, Brewster; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, December 17 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 3 2012.

THOMAS, Scott J, 22, 27 Wincester Dr, S. Dennis; receiving stolen property under $250, December 16 in Harwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 18 2012.  According to police reports, a Harwich resident visited the Harwich Police Station to report the theft of her AAA Visa card.  AAA Visa Services had contacted the resident, the legal cardholder, to advise her of multiple suspicious purchases within a short period of time in and around the Cape Cod Mall.  At this time, the cardholder checked her purse to discover the card missing.  AAA Visa went on to inform her that after a stop had been effected on the card, a female had telephoned them and provided personal information about the legal cardholder in an attempt to reactivate the card.  Police confronted the cardholder's daughter, Courtney Deitke.  She admitted to the theft.  She and her boyfriend, THOMAS, cohabitants with the victim, were arrested.  The unauthorized purchases included Jordan Air and Nike Air sneakers.  Deitke surrendered sixteen illicit receipts to police.  

DISPOSITIONS

BROWN, Dana L, 45, 192 Rock Harbor Rd, Orleans; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, December 4 in Eastham.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until December 18 2012.  Negligent operation, dismissed.

CUTILLO, Steven M, 20, 905 State St, Brewster; three counts, breaking & entering a vehicle/boat for felonious purposes; two counts, larceny from a truck, December 1 2009 in Brewster.  Final disposition:  all counts dismissed.  Defendant discharged.

CUTILLO, same.  Thirteen counts, breaking & entering a vehicle/boat at nighttime for felonious purposes; eleven counts, larceny from a truck, December 2 in Brewster.  Final disposition:  all counts dismissed.  Defendant discharged.

CUTILLO, same.  Breaking & entering a building at nighttime for felonious purposes; larceny over $250; receiving stolen property over $250, December 2 2009 in Brewster.  Final disposition:  all counts dismissed.  Defendant discharged.

HUNSINGER, Leo E, 50, 157 Old Bass River Rd, S. Dennis; OUI liquor; marked lanes violation; failure to wear seat belt, December 16 in Dennis.  "Per se" plea.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until December 18 2012.  Marked lanes, not responsible.  Seat belt, responsible.  Both latter counts, filed.

MILLER, Amy C, 44, 37 Rte 6A, Orleans; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; speeding, July 28 in Orleans.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Ninety days, house of correction, suspended until December 18 2013.  Probation until December 18 2013.  Negligent operation, dismissed. Speeding, guilty plea.  Not responsible.
