DEABREAU, Kleuber S, 34, 7 Franklin Ave, Hyannis; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, December 24 2011 in Barnstable.  Both counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment, probation on each count until January 8 2013, concurrent.

Yarmouth; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operaton of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation; speeding, August 27 in Barnstable.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Ninety days house of correction, suspended two years.  Probation until January 13 2014.  Marked lanes, speeding, not recorded.  Negligent operation, dismissed.

KILEY JR, Richard F, 59, 474 Forest Rd, Yarmouth; violating an abuse prevention order, December 4 in Yarmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  One year, house of correction, thirty-five days credit; committed.

OTERO JR, Edwin J, 22, 291 Pond St, Centerville; assault & battery, November 22 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

THOMAS, Jeff D, 50, 11 Calvin Hamblin Rd, Marstons Mills; OUI liquor; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, November 12 2011 in Barnstable.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  One year loss of license.  Continued for payment until January 8 2013.  Operating with a suspended license, dismissed.
