CHAMPLEY, Jeanpatrick D, 22, 2236 Main St, s. Chatham; larceny of a motor vehicle, June 18 2011 in Chatham.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 10.

WILLIAMS, Eric J, 23, 10 Peters Pond Rd, N. Truro; larceny over $250, November 17 in Orleans.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 9.  According to police reports, Williams paid True Value Hardware with a bad check for a "high-end chain saw."

ARRAIGNMENTS

LYNN, Christopher, 28, 990 W. Main St, Centerville; shoplifting by asportation over $100, January 11 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 7.  According to police reports, Lunn pushed a shopping cart out of the Stop & Shop in Patriots Square without paying for the items in the cart.  He informed police he fled on seeing them in fear of outstanding warrants.  He was arrested.

CIFELLI, Darren W, 44, 426 Main St, Harwich; larceny of trade secret, January 1 2011 in Harwich.  Dismissed.

CIFELLI-WILLIAMS, Kim R, 48, 306 Rte 134, POB 635, S. Dennis; larceny of trade secret, January 1 2011 in Harwich.  Dismissed.

HARDY, Laurel A, 46, 416 Yankee Dr, Brewster; receiving stolen property under $250, August 16 2011 in Orleans.  Dismissed.

REED, David, 42, 15 Juniper Dr, Mansfield; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation; speeding, April 22 2001 in Dennis.  Guilty plea, all counts.  OUI liquor, guilty finding.  Sixty days house of correction, suspended until January 10 2014.  Negligent operation, continued without a finding until January 10 2014.  All other counts, responsible finding.

ARRAIGNMENTS

BURNS, Joseph R, 20, 4 Bluewater Lane, Falmouth; assault and battery on a disabled person/ person over age 60 on January 11 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for January 13.

MACHADO, Christopher, 19, 1045 Cherokee Street, New Bedford; operation  of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs , possession of a Class C drug (mushrooms) on December 22 2011 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for February 24.  On the 22nd, a Bourne police office observed a car parked on the side of the road with a male in the driver’s seat and a female in the passenger seat. The officer asked Machado, the driver, for identification several times and did not receive an answer. When asked if he knew what town he was in or how long he had been parked, Machado still did not answer. The unidentified passenger told the officer that they were on their way to play mini golf and pulled over, but she didn’t know how long they had been there. The officer determined that both had ingested mushrooms, causing the passenger to become ill and Machado to pull over when he could not drive any longer.

DISPOSITIONS

ANTONE, Warren K, 26, homeless, Falmouth; larceny over $250 on September 14 2010 in Falmouth. Dismissed, failure of witness to cooperate.

CURRAN, Emmaline, A, 21, 70 Puritan Avenue, Buzzards Bay; assault and battery on November 10 2011 in Bourne. Dismissed due to failure of victim to cooperate.

LONG, Jason, T, 27, 18 Scotch Pine Road, Buzzards Bay; assault and battery on August 30 2011 in Bourne. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.
