Speak-out for economic justice this Saturday in Falmouth

An Occupy Falmouth and Coalition for Social Justice event

A speak-out for economic justice will be held on Saturday, January 14 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Falmouth Public Library. The event which is sponsored by Occupy Falmouth and the Coalition for Social Justice, will bring attention to the economic issues of the 99% on Cape Cod.

During the event, hear from speakers on a variety of important issues affecting the lives of Cape Codders including affordable housing, foreclosures, healthcare, veterans' issues, senior issues, environmental justice and unemployment. Attendees will also be given the opportunity to speak-out on issues important to them.

The speak-out will be followed by a march down Main Street in Falmouth from the library to the Congregational Church for a luncheon.  The luncheon is free, but donations are gratefully accepted.

The Falmouth Public Library is at 300 Main Street in Falmouth.
