ANDERSON, Thomas T, 51, 160 Lincoln Rd, Hyannis; intimidating a witness; Class E drug possession, Albuterol, January 26 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 13.  Albuterol is a prescription steroid medication used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.  It is administered with an inhaler.  According to police reports, Anderson was not in possession of a valid prescription for Albuterol.

DULAK, Karl M, 59, 38 Buckingham Way, Cotuit; assault & battery, October 31 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial probation until July 27.

DUMAS, Daniel J, 34, 577 Lumbert Mill Rd, Centerville; OUI liquor; failure to stop for a police officer; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, January 27 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 27.

GINGERICH, William, 26, 39 Setter Way, Cummaquid; three counts, assault & battery; disorderly conduct, December 10 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for January 30.

JAGMINAS, Stephanie M, 29, 26 Lady's Slipper Ln, Mashpee; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of personal injury, January 26 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 21.  According to police reports, Jagminas struck a runner while driving a blue 2003 Jeep Liberty on Great Hills Road.  She did not stop.  A witness followed Jagminas in his personal vehicle, as another assisted the runner, who was wearing a light blue jogging suit and reflective vest.  Police located Jagminas where she had been stopped by the witness, and arrested her.

SERRIELLO, Richard A, 23, 30 Old Sailors Way, S. Dennis; intimidating a witness; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a blunt object, November 13 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 6.

WARREN, Sean M, 20, 341 Megan Rd, Hyannis; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana; assault & battery on a police officer; marked lanes violation; state highway - traffic violation, January 26 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 22.

MIRANDA, Eliton G, 25, 182 Sea St, Hyannis; OUI drugs; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; two counts, failure to stop/yield, November 7 2011 in Barnstable.  OUI, unlicensed operation, dismissed.  Negligent operation, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until January 25 2013.   One count, failure to stop/yield, recorded; one count, not responsible.

TAYLOR, Annette E, 52, 7 Murray Ave, W. Yarmouth; larceny of a motor vehicle; receiving a stolen vehicle, December 30 2008 in Yarmouth.  Both counts dismissed.
