ARRAIGNMENTS

BIBBINS, Corey N, 37, 35 Seabrook Rd, Hyannis; Class B drug possession, cocaine, January 28 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 2.

GUAY, Andrew D, 18, 8 Reindeer Ln, Yarmouth; attempting to burn a building, January 29 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 17.  According to police reports, two Yarmouth officers were dispatched to Planet Fitness for a report of a fire set behind a dumpster.  Two other officers extinguished the fire, with the assistance of the Yarmouth Fire Department.  A witness stated she heard a noise behind her building, looked out and saw flames, as a male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a design on the back fled, riding a bicycle with chopper handlebars.  Based on physical evidence and witness testimony, police located Guay at home.  He wore a sweatshirt fitting the description.  Another match was the bicycle, found in Guay's backyard.  He was arrested.

JOHNSON, Christopher M, 37, homeless; shoplifting by concealing merchandise, January 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 27.  According to police reports, Johnson stole Tony Roma ribs, two boneless New York strip steaks, a top sirloin steak, a soft tenderloin roast beef, a boneless chuck roast and two S&D tenderloins from Shaw's, West Main Street in Hyannis.  He removed these from the store in a white plastic bag, without paying.

KEITHAN, Kurtis E, 23, 21 Pleasant Bay Rd, Harwich; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin, January 27 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 8.  According to police reports, the Barnstable Street Crime Unit was on foot patrol at the Cape Cod Mall.  The Food Court there is "of great concern" to the Department due to substantial illegal drug activity.  The report states Keithan and another male were found in the handicapped stall of the men's room.  Each was in possession of a spoon with heroin residue.  Keithan was found in possession of $2,015 in US currency.  He was arrested.

LEONARD, Heidi, 42, 34 Yarmouth Rd, Apt I, Hyannis; three counts, assault with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot, a folding knife and an unknown object; assault & battery on a police officer; assault & battery; resisting arrest, January 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 28.

PLAICE, Robert H, 23, 21 Pleasant Bay Rd, Harwich; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin; carrying a dangerous weapon, a switchblade, January 30 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 27.

RANDALL, Michael A, 21, 42 Fresh Holes Rd, Hyannis; two counts, carrying a firearm without a license; improper storage of a firearm; receiving a firearm with a defaced number; assault to murder; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot in heavy work boots; assault & battery; breaking and entering at nightime for felonious purposes; receiving stolen property under $250, January 27 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 16.  The police report noted one firearm, a .357 caliber Rugar, had the only serial number (on the metal grip of the weapon) completely cut off.

SISCOE, Leslie J, 39, 822 Queen Anne Rd, Harwich; assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person, January 29 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 28.

BRAUN, Evan J, 21, 95 Thistle Dr, Centerville; OUI liquor, second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, August 19 2009 in Barnstable.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Two year loss of license.  Ninety days house of correction, suspended.  Continued for payment, probation until January 28 2014.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, recorded.

CLEMMER, Richard C, 49, Witchwood Rd, S. Yarmouth; indecent assault & battery on a child under 14; two counts, assault; two counts, firearm without an FID card; two counts, improper storage of a firearm, January 28 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 24.  "If defendant makes bail -- he is to stay away from victims, maintain sobriety, not possess any firearms," the docket said.

CRANDALL, Stephen, 32, 13 Manor Dr, Sandwich; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, amended to class B possession, December 23 2011 in Sandwich.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Continued for payment, probation until January 29 2013.

DELMAN, Michel J, 48, 11 Thatcher, S. Yarmouth; receiving stolen property, September 6 2011 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

DILORENZO, Anthony S, 26, 51 Mill Rd, W. Yarmouth; Class A drug possession, October 26 2011 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.
