GENDREAU, Jeremy H, 24, 12 Viber Ln, E. Falmouth; Class B drug possession, oxycodone; Class E drug possession, suboxone, March 7 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 9.

LONGERGAN, Ryan P, 26, 20 Nantucket Trail, Sandwich; larceny over $250; larceny from a building, December 27 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 9.  According to police reports, Longergan stole a four-piece sterling silver tea set in the course of installing carpet in a Barnstable home.  He was arrested.

Yarmouth; OUI liquor, third offense; leaving the scene of personal injury; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense; state highway violation, March 6 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 27.

OAKES, Amy L, 37, 44 School St, Apt 1, Saco ME; larceny from a person 65 or older; larceny over $250 by single scheme, March 7 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 23.  Stay away - no contact with victim, but defendant may retrieve U-Haul "@Yarmouth Police Department" (sic) from victim's driveway.

PAGLIUCA, Keith F, 35, 52 Lake Rd W, W. Yarmouth; identity fraud; receiving stolen property over $250, July 11 2011 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 19.  According to police reports, Pagliuca is accused of misrepresenting his identity to secure Comcast Cable service at his residence.  When a collection agency rendered a bill for $711.90 to the actual party, Pagliuca was identified, then arrested.

ROCHE, Robert P, 40, 38 Main St, Norfolk; five counts, intimidating a witness, January 4 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 23.

SILVA, Iraci G, 45, 9 Timber Ln, W. Yarmouth; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, March 7 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 9.

TARASKEWICH, Robin, 54, 22 Osprey Ln, Sandwich; OUI liquor, March 7 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 5.
