COSTA, Michael, 23, 32 Brush Hill Cir, E. Falmouth; larceny over $250; conspiracy, February 6 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with ZORNITSKY, MORTON and MOONEY.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 9.

DUNHAM, Scott R, 27, 746 Great Island Rd, Yarmouth; six counts, breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; two counts, larceny from a building; three counts, larceny over $250; two counts, destruction of property over $250; two counts, vandalizing property; attempting to commit a crime, March 21 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 29.

GAVIGAN, Tara A, 22, 107 Gorham Rd, Harwich; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot; assault & battery; vandalizing property, March 19 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 17.

JOHNSON, David, 20, 13 Windsor Rd, Sandwich; larceny under $250; two counts, larceny by check under $250; three counts, forgery of check; three counts, uttering a false check; Class E drug possession, oxycodone pills (sic), March 20 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 20.

KALWEIT, Ryan, 18, 22 Moon Penny Ln, Centerville; home invasion; assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, hands/feet/etc; armed robbery; larceny over $250, June 19 2011 in Barnstable.  Dangerousness hearing scheduled for March 27.  According to police reports, Kalweit is suspected of invading a local residence and stealing $10,000 in cash, as well as the victim's collection of forty knives and/or daggers.  The report states that prior to the robbery, Kalweit or an accomplice left a voice mail message as follows:  "[W]e gonna have some (racial epithet) come down and lay some pipe on you."  Kalweit or an accomplice is further alleged to have said during the robbery, "[W]ord on the street is you have ten thousand dollars."  The victim was left bound with wire.  Police released him, noting injuries to the face.  Kalweit was arrested.

MOONEY, Zachery, 19, 133 Homestead Ln, E. Falmouth; larceny over $250; conspiracy, February 6 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with COSTA, ZORNITSKY and MORTON.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 9.

OCONNELL, Peter G, 21, 11 Sleepy Hollow Ln, Sandwich; OUI liquor; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, March 19 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 27.

RICHARDS, Douglas J, 47, 204 Mitchell's Way, Hyannis; larceny by check under $250; forgery of check; uttering a false check, November 12 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 9.

ROBINSON, Kelly A, 23, 9-11 Edwards Ave, Apt B1, Dennis; OUI liquor, second offense, March 21 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 24.

ZORNITSKY, Jaime E, 20, 162 Glenneagle Dr, Mashpee; larceny over $250; conspiracy, February 6 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with MOONEY, COSTA and MORTON.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 9.

APPLETON, Jesse C, 38, 24 Lambert Rd, S. Yarmouth; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; no sticker; obstructed window; carrying a dangerous weapon, February 16 in Yarmouth.  Unlicensed operation, dismissed.  No sticker, obstructed window, not responsible.  Carrying a dangerous weapon, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 19.

BELYKH, Elena N, 24, 93 Grove St, Hyannis; larceny of a motor vehicle, December 4 2011 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with BROKOECHUK.  Dismissed.  Restitution.

BROKOECHUK, Ilona, 20, 93 Grove St, Hyannis; larceny of a motor vehicle, December 4 2011 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with BELYKH.  Dismissed.  Restitution.

PUSATERI, Joseph J, 48, 75 Warwick Way, Centerville; violating an abuse prevention order, January 5 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  No further information.

PUSATERI, same.  Two counts, breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes, February 9 in Barnstable.  Both counts, guilty plea.  Both counts, guilty finding.  One year, house of correction on each count, both concurrent @1188CR00252.  Four months to be served, forty days credit, balance suspended two years.
