ARRAIGNMENTS

MARICHAL, Darkys R, 39, 210 Fawcett Ln, Hyannis; breaking & entering a vehicle or boat at daytime for felonious purposes, March 21 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 23.  According to police reports, an officer responded to a report of a suspicious person, later identified as as Marichal, in the area of Carriage Drive and Seagrove Road.  The officer found Marichal seated on the ground next to another male, standing.  The latter stated he had observed Marichal standing next to a relative's truck, but when Marichal saw him he ran off.  He chased Marichal to the location where the officer found them both.  Marichal admitted breaking into vehicles.  A witness confirmed the first man's account.  Marichal was arrested.

GUZMAN, John P, 33, 455 Kingsbury Beach Rd, Eastham; assault & battery, March 22 in Eastham.  Dismissed.

MELNICK, Dan M, 47, 182 Nahant Rd, Nahant; larceny by check, August 5 1989 in Dennis.  Dismissed.  Restitution.

COSTA, Zachary, 22, 5 Greenwood, Falmouth; operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes violation, speeding on March 22 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for May 2.

DELANCEY, Joseph R, 29, 4 Vacation Lane, Falmouth; failure to stop for police, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license on March 22 in Falmouth.

GARATT, Nazario, 30, 24 Seaspray, Falmouth; distribution of a Class B drug (Percocet), conspiracy to violate drug laws on February 3 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for May 3.

GORYL, Jamie M, 35, 979 Falmouth Road, Hyannis; leaving the scene of property  damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle on February 14 in Mashpee.  Hearing scheduled for May 3.

HAMILTON, Matthew J, 22, 24 Yellow Pine Road, Buzzards Bay; Trespassing on March 21 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for April 25.

HARWICH, Andrew D, 26, 5 Short Way, Sandwich; two counts assault and battery, intimidation of a witness, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (pavement),  threatening to commit a crime (murder) on February 29 in Mashpee. Hearing scheduled for May 3.

LINN, Ryan M, 33, 8 Fieldstone Circle, Wareham; leaving the scene with property damage on March 1 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for April 25.

RILKOFF, Drew, 19, 6 Morningside  Lane, Sandwich; possession to distribute a Class C drug  (lorazepam), February 29 in Mashpee. 

SHARPE JR, Darryl, S, 41 53 Main Street; Mashpee; larceny under $250 on February 23 in Bourne. Hearing scheduled for April 25.
