Occupy Falmouth hosts American Spring Potluck with special guest Chris Faraone

Chris Faraone. Photo courtesy Occupy Falmouth.On Saturday, March 31, Occupy Falmouth with hold an American Spring Potluck. The event, which is free and open to all, will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 840 Sandwich Road in East Falmouth.

The group's special guest will be Chris Faraone, author of the recently published "99 Nights with the 99%: Dispatches from the First Three Months of the Occupy Revolution".  Faraone, a former stand-up comic, is a staff writer for the Boston Phoenix

The gathering will feature homemade food, music, camaraderie and insight from Faraone who believes the Occupy Movement will be for this generation what the anti-Vietnam War movement was for the 60s--an inspiration that has changed the nation's dialogue and issues.
