CLANCY, Rebecca J, 30, 3 Leonora Ave, E. Falmouth; trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium; three counts, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone, cocaine and suboxone; two counts, Class E drug possession with intent to distribute, clonazepam (Klonapin) and alprazolam (Xanax); drug violation near school; conspiracy to violate drug laws, March 22 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 3.

FRAGA, Alex R, 19, 1851 Falmouth Rd/Rte 28, Centerville; larceny over $250; receiving stolen property over $250, November 14 2011 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with FRAGA and BENTON.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 18.  According to police reports, a local resident had two bicycles, a Trek mountain bike valued at $500, and a Diamond Back BMX valued at $268 stored next to his porch.  He emerged from his home to find both gone.  After driving around the area, he spotted three young men, one of whom was riding the Trek bike, already spray-painted black.  Police located the three.  The BMX bike was secured, also already spray-painted black.  All three were arrested, including FRAGA.

HAYDEN, Kelly F, 29, 3 Leonora Ave, E. Falmouth; drug violation near school; conspiracy to violate drug laws, March 22 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with CLANCY and LEVANGIE.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 3.

JOHNSON, Christopher M, 38, homeless; larceny over $250; resisting arrest, March 22 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 2.

JULIAN, Matthew V, 23, 147 Ridgewood Ave, Apt. 4, Hyannis; OUI drugs; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, August 31 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 17.

JULIAN, same.  Larceny from a person; larceny of drug, December 30 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 17.

LEVANGIE, Brett T, 31, 43 Tri-Town Cir, Mashpee; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, oxycodone; drug violation near school; conspiracy to violate drug laws, March 22 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with HAYDEN and CLANCY.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 3.

MARICHAL, Darkys R, 39, 210 Fawcett Ln, Hyannis; assault & battery; threatening to commit a crime, March 21 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 3.

MONROE, Matthew L, 21, 189 Hinckley Rd, Hyannis; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, amended to Class B possession; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, September 9 2011 in Barnstable.  Class B possession, admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until March 22 2013.  Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed.

NUNEZ, Emily M, 35, 605 Willow St, Apt C, S. Yarmouth; Class B drug possession, November 2 2011 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until September 21.  Probation until September 21.

THOMPSON, Sallie H, 41, 803 Rte 6A, OUT OF TOWN OT (sic); OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, May 21 2011 in Barnstable.  Jury trial.  OUI, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Probation for one year.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, not guilty.

WEBBER 2ND, Theodore D, 65, 113 Nottingham Dr, Yarmouth Port; OUI liquor, third offense, amended to second offense; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of property damage; resisting arrest, August 13 2011 in Yarmouth.  OUI, negligent operation, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Probation on each count, concurrent, term not specified.  Leaving the scene of property damage, resisting arrest, dismissed.
