SANTOS, Cassandra L, 22, 30 Pine St, Foxboro; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes, March 30 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 1.  According to police reports, a Yarmouth officer responding to reports of a B&E in progress was notified by dispatch a relative of the homeowner had surprised a woman in the house.  She fled in a red Mazda accompanied by two other women.  Under questioning, Santos "gave a smirk" and said she had been at the house to "buy weed."  She was arrested.
